Zeus' love for Europe was based on her sexuality. Once, watching the world from heaven, Zeus noticed innocent Europe. Excited Venus sent Cupid to pierce the heart of Zeus with his arrow, and he immediately fell in love with Europe. At that very moment, Zeus decided to seduce a young girl!

He disguised himself as a majestic bull. Touched by the tenderness and nobility of the animal, Europe hung a wreath of flowers around his neck. They went to Crete, where Zeus showed himself in all his glory. A passionate love broke out between them, the fruits of which were three sons.
Twins
There are two myths regarding the origin of this sign. The first of them tells about Castor and Pollux, twin brothers who were so close that when one of them died, the second could not come to terms with it. A devastated Pollux asked Zeus not to separate him from his dead brother Castor. Zeus finally decided that the twins would spend half of their time together in heaven and half in the underworld.
The next myth is related to Hermes, who was the son of Zeus and Maya, but he had to go into hiding because his father was already married to Hera. Hermes was not happy with the fact that he was not recognized, he envied another son of Zeus - Apollo, who was also illegitimate, but still lived with his father.
The frustrated Hermes started to create problems. When Apollo found out about this, Hermes told him the whole truth about his state of affairs. The enchanted Apollo took Hermes and took him to Zeus, where he quickly began to tell his father about the unfair treatment of his brother. Zeus was surprised. He saw that Hermes had become completely different - smart, nimble, he would be the ideal representative of the gods.
Hermes was entrusted with guiding souls to the underworld, and he was given a rare gift - he could freely travel to three worlds: heaven, earth and the underworld.
Cancer
Most of the myths about this sign focus on the problems of the mother and daughter. This is evident in the story of Demeter and her daughter Persephone. This story is also related to the origins of Scorpio, as you will see below.

This sign is associated with Apollo in Roman myths, and with Helios in Greek. Helios was the sun god. He was the one who told Hephaestus that Aphrodite had some dark affairs with Aries.

Scorpio
Scorpio, like Cancer, is related to the myth of Demeter, Persephone and Hades. Persephone was the daughter of Demeter and Zeus. Hades, the lord of the underworld, walked in his chariot and kidnapped the maiden, while defeating everything around. The couple then disappeared into a mysterious underground location.
Demeter was madly in love with her daughter and was looking for her everywhere, and wherever she was, she left one devastation behind her. Peace finally came when Hades (after negotiations with Hermes) agreed to allow Persephone to live six months in the underworld with him, and six months with her mother.
Sagittarius
Jupiter, ruler of Sagittarius, comes from the Latin word Div-pater, which literally means "God the father." It was assumed that Jupiter (Zeus) gives spiritual enlightenment, ethics and morality. However, Jupiter had some flaws, namely an excess of arrogance. The Chiron myth is often associated with Sagittarius.
Capricorn
The story of Pan and Typhon relates most of all to Capricorn. Pan was a happy god of music who had horns and hooves like a goat. One day he jumped into the water to hide from the monster Typhon. Jupiter helped disguise Pan as an animal. The part of it that remained above the water remained goat-like, and the part that was under the water became a fish. This myth is believed to represent Capricorn's quest to find a balance between struggle and freedom.
Aquarius
Uranus, the patron saint of Aquarius, had children from the goddess Gaia. They were not only very ugly, but also arrogant and insane. In a fit of rage, Uranus threw his children into a dark underworld, where he hoped they would come to their senses. All the time Uranus was extremely upset and disappointed, he felt that his children would never come to their senses and did not become handsome.
Fish
Poseidon (Neptune) was the son of Crohn and Rhea, as well as Zeus and Hades. One day Poseidon and Zeus set out to overthrow the Titans (the first generation of gods), and they succeeded.
After that, the three brothers tried for a long time to determine who would rule each part of the world. Zeus took the top position, dominated the sky, Hades won the underworld, and Poseidon remained to rule the reservoirs. Poseidon was upset that Zeus took the most prestigious position, became the ruler of heaven. Since then, tension has always remained between them.
