Part 3. From Clausewitz to Stirlitz.

Part 4. Trump as a trump symbol of the threat.

Part 5. Threat to all threats.

Gradually we got to the most important political riddle of the year - the unexpectedly tough format of the pension reform in Russia. In the opinion of all sane and unbiased commentators, there were no internal political reasons for such an extreme performance. Moreover, in his video message, Putin only confirmed that it was not necessary to hold it “here and now”. This means that the main reasons should be sought in foreign policy. Moreover, for Putin and his inner circle, it is foreign policy and foreign trade that has always been and remains a priority.

Despite the public confession of the main suspect, we will continue to collect circumstantial evidence. In principle, there is no direct, non-circumstantial evidence in politics, that is why it is politics, the art of operating with implicit threats. Such a reliable indirect confirmation is the reaction of the Trump administration to our seemingly as a purely internal affair of retirement age. Of course, it can be considered an accident that it was only after the announcement on June 14 of pension reform that Trump suddenly wanted to urgently meet with Putin. At the same time, the White House agreed to an almost homely version of the summit in Helsinki, the most convenient for the Kremlin. However, how else to explain the interesting coincidence? Immediately after the televised address softening the details, but the head of the State Department, Pompeo, who confirmed the concept of the pension reform, immediately requested an urgent meeting with Lavrov for consultations.

The fact that the pension reform was announced suddenly, without any moral preparation of the population on the very day of the start of the FIFA World Cup, from the point of view of domestic politics, was a severe blow to the image of not only the government, but also Putin himself. Well, there are no people in our country who believe in the unpunished wickedness of the loyal squire and obedient locum tenens Medvedev. If the initiative was dictated by purely internal, economic motives, then they would try to prepare everyone in advance and divorce them in time from Putin's foreign policy triumph. The very fact of a successful start of the championship, plus a live broadcast to a billion-dollar world audience with a polite smile about the defeat of the Saudis, was very impressive. However, for the Russian part of the audience, the taste of a fly in the ointment did not go unnoticed that evening.

Promotional video:

Is it possible to imagine that Putin personally gave the go-ahead or did not stop Medvedev's statement on this holiday in time without a serious motive? Consequently, the motivation for such an anti-popular demarche was for the Kremlin an even greater and purely foreign policy priority than the successful start of the World Cup. One of these motives, stronger than the success of the start of the World Cup, could be the desire to complete it just as successfully. However, for these purposes, the already concluded backstage agreements with the puppeteers from FIFA, behind which are, above all, the London bankruptcy-money changers, are quite enough. The bookmaker's orgy on Medvedev's Channel One was just a small part of the global financial scam, which could be used to influence both teams' play and the results of key games. So there could be no threat to the championship from the “London” side.

There was hardly such a threat from the "Trump" national-globalists either. Why, in the face of an obvious threat of impeachment, Trump filed and collapse one of the real foreign policy pillars in the Kremlin? There remains a possible threat from the losers to Trump, but under-suppressed "pirates", the militarists associated with them and the undercleaned special services. Most likely, such threats took place and ended in a kind of compromise, when the team won the final, ideologically personifying the triumph of boundless globalism over nationalists. However, we repeat - this kind of behind-the-scenes agreements should have happened before the start of the championship, and they were enough to successfully carry out and complete it. A sudden maneuver with pension reform was carried out on the opening day of the World Cup,that is, the motivation is somehow connected with the compromise agreements reached earlier with the anti-Trump coalition of "money changers" and "pirates", but it has a broader and more long-term significance than the Kremlin's success in hosting the championship.

If we are talking about a major political game at the global level, then it should manifest itself not only in the ideological victory of the "united globalists", and not only, as we assumed, in the initiative of the pension reform. There should be other signs, including a change in the balance of power at the level of the Kremlin and the White House, as well as the American one. We already noted such a shift in balance at the end of last year, when Trump relied on pro-Israel conservatives from his party to destroy the emerging "right-left" opposition. Nevertheless, the pirate banksters could not help but take advantage of this forced maneuver to try to strengthen their position. They also did not give up on backup options for maintaining the coalition of the two wings of globalists in order to continue to put pressure on Trump. The symbol of such a coalition in the European direction is again French President Macron. What a coalition, weakened by internal contradictions, such a symbol. Trump, of course, skillfully marked his seniority and patronage to a junior ally, shaking off "dandruff" from him, but this did not diminish the contradictions and intrigues.

At the Kremlin level, the change in the balance in the global elite was expressed in a visible weakening of the positions of the "money changers", a purge of the deputy prime ministers around Medvedev, and in the same uncritical strengthening of the positions of the "pirates", whose longtime confidant was and remains Kudrin, who is now the chief controller over the confidant. face "changed" by Medvedev. The activation of the right-liberal wing and personally Kudrin before Putin's televised address, including at the emergency parliamentary hearings, seems to hint that outside pressure from "pirates" is behind the intrigue of the pension reform. Medvedev's self-elimination also eloquently hints that he is only a performer in this intrigue, albeit forcedly loyal within the coalition of globalists.

It should be clarified here that Medvedev and Kudrin are certainly loyal to Putin personally, but they are also confidants for the leaders of both wings of the globalists, that is, channels of political communication. There is no compromising evidence in this political role, since maintaining the global balance of power and participating in this balance as a decisive player is a manifestation of sovereignty. This part of the sovereign policy cannot be implemented without reliable channels of high-level influence. Another thing is that this kind of "interface", a channel of mutual influence is not a person, but a rather influential elite community. Behind Kudrin, as well as behind Medvedev, there are whole cohorts ("sixth columns") of elites, systemic liberals, bankers, intermediaries, who have a common financial interest with the corresponding elite groups in the United States and other Western countries. However, it is their personal loyalty to Putin that makes the leaders of these cohorts of the scattered sislibs Kudrin and Medvedev. Under a different political leader, the country and the leaders of the elite columns are different. Before Kudrin there was Chubais under Yeltsin, before Medvedev there was Berezovsky, and then Voloshin.

Accordingly, for both Kudrin and Medvedev, the political damage to Putin in itself is not interesting, not beneficial. Although for Kudrin there is a side interest to expose Medvedev to criticism, to avenge his dismissal and to bring the resignation closer. But he was not a bastard either, found a way to evade hearings and let the opponent go ahead. And yet, without Putin, they are both nobody, and if both, under the pressure of their elite environment, took the risks of internal political weakening, then the external risks for the Sislibs went off scale. Consequently, the same high risks were created for the Western partners-banksters, who demand decisive actions from the Kremlin sislibs to reduce the threat to their loved ones. Of course, threats to the local Sislibs do not sway their Western patrons.

Therefore, we will have to once again return from Russian political realities into the predatory jungle of global political intrigue in order to understand the current threats to all three wings of the global elite. Russian intrigues will be an indicator for us.

It is more obvious that a global political confrontation is now taking place between the "right-left" coalition of the two main wings of the globalists and the national globalists led by Trump. Despite the fact that between themselves "money changers" and "pirates" are also like a cat and a dog, but Trump's consistent destruction of supranational structures and treaties forces them to unite again and again before resuming delimitation. Here is Bolton's fresh demarche against the International Criminal Court - another touch to the picture of this struggle between national-globalists and supranational forces that are becoming softer and weaker.

The question why globalists need to weaken or distract from Putin's foreign policy right now is quite obvious. The objective interest of the national big business of Russia in our time of crisis coincided with the objective interest of the national business of the United States, which also opposes supranational financial institutions and global corporations. Therefore, without any coordination and all the more unnecessary interference in elections and other affairs of each other, the Kremlin's actions in foreign policy, especially in the Middle East, objectively weaken globalists and strengthen nationally oriented forces in all countries where they still exist, including the “Trumpists” "And" Bushists "in the USA.

It is also not a difficult question why the globalists are now ready to throw even their allies - the Sislibs in Russia - into the furnace of the anti-Trump campaign. After all, it's a no brainer that the "pension reform" will politically hit not only Medvedev and Kudrin personally, but the entire elite circle of globalist allies, whoever is their leader. Under normal circumstances, American political culture presupposes opposition pressure on the administration, sometimes sabotaging the legislative and budgetary process, but the final showdown with the change in the owner of the Oral Cabinet is postponed until the elections every four years. However, today, now the global financial system is no longer on the eve of, but froze on the verge of an acute phase of the global crisis.

All three wings of the global elite, with the support of all major power elites, agree on the need for controlled descent. However, who and how will manage this process of deflation of the credit pyramid will determine not only the current, but also the final influence of elite coalitions, groups, clans. Bolivar will definitely not stand even two out of three, so a desperate struggle is going on for the right to push back and stay at the helm of the financial and trade wars of the transition period. The very fact that both wings of globalists with objectively opposing interests have united for at least tough pressure on Trump and are trying to take revenge in the November congressional elections in order to have an instrument of pressure suggests that globalists are no longer in time and are losing the race. However, the outcome of the race for the right to steer the crisis is not yet a foregone conclusion, hence the very cautious reaction of the Kremlin to the behind-the-scenes ultimatum of the united globalists, which is very similar to concessions and a demonstration of readiness for any development of the global situation.

Another thing is that the midterm elections of the House of Representatives and a third of the US Senate are unlikely to provide an unambiguous victory or defeat for Trump, as well as the anti-Trump forces. First, there are many “hard Iskra-ists” - Trumpists or anti-Trumpists among politicians and future congressmen, but not enough for a complete certainty of the results. There is always a significant “swamp” ready to navigate according to circumstances. And these circumstances are determined today to a greater extent by global alignments and relations between the “poles” of the multipolar world, and not by relations in one former main “pole”. So Putin's next divertissement, who paid in rubles for “knocking down” Comrade Xi against a yuan loan, could have a much stronger impact on the final alignment than domestic political intrigues and elections in the United States or, even more so, in Russia. The de-dollarization of foreign trade, or rather the threat of such a turn, is a blow to the globalists - “pirates”.

So the alignment in American politics will not be determined by the results of the elections, just as in Russia, in the crisis knot of the fall of 1993, no one defeated anyone at the elections themselves, but only hopes for a quick and complete victory were dispelled. The main result will be a completely changed system of political coordinates, and for this Trump is not enough to approve a loyal judge in the Supreme Court. More decisive action is needed to change the global financial "constitution." Actually, it is precisely such decisive actions that Putin expected and still expects from the national-globalists. I didn’t wait until the end of August, so at the hearings and in the televised address I was forced to keep the pro-globalist “pension” initiative in force. Thus, pushing Trump to the promised decisive action. Pompeo, immediately after Putin's televised address, should have reaffirmed his administration's resolve.

Although, most likely, Trump is waiting for the appointment of a loyal judge, because decisive actions will be necessarily challenged in the Supreme Court. In general, it is not too long to wait, including additional initiatives to soften the "pension reform" immediately after the global alignment is clear. However, in any case, the current congressional elections, in fact, will become a repeat of the presidential elections, when the electors from the states (congressmen), after some difficult period of tug-of-war and self-determination in relation to Trump's cardinal decision, will confirm his powers, or vice versa.

Perhaps now we will be able to reconstruct the behind-the-scenes logic and the course of making a decision on "pension reform".
