Recently, I often find articles on the Web on the topic of climate weapons. Like, this is a myth or is it reality.
Supporters of the theory about the possibility of controlling the weather remind fans of the idea of a "secret government", a world conspiracy of Freemasons and restless reptilian catchers.
The adepts of the meteorological collapse argue their opinion by the fact that recently nature has gone crazy: either it rains without a break, then there is great dry land in our cities and villages, then ice rains, then snow, then frost.
For the first time in pseudo-scientific circles, they started talking about outside influence in 2010. Then, if you remember, a number of "anomalous" weather events hit our country. For example, in Moscow in the summer for almost forty days, not a single rain fell. The temperature stubbornly kept at 30 plus, and the city and the region were enveloped in thick smog from burning peat bogs.
In the winter of the same year, nature presented us with another surprise - at the end of December freezing rain fell at night. In the morning, the streets of the city were a beautiful, but dangerous sight: everything that fell under the cold drops became crystal, brittle and sonorous. The roads glittered menacingly under the light of the lanterns, and not a single reagent was able to melt this ice crust in a few hours. I remember well how I crawled up the hill to the car, frantically grabbed the door so as not to fall, and realized that getting inside the car is still a quest! The car was a solid block of ice.
The followers of the theory of climatic weapons saw in this riot of elements the intrigues of enemies from across the ocean, they say, it was they, the adversaries, who sent their radars at us. First, they dispersed the clouds and heated the sky to extreme temperatures, and in winter they decided to turn us into statues of ice.
Let's look at the issue, discarding suspiciousness and calm down the panic, let's not scream that we will all soon suffocate from the heat or die from the Arctic cold.
The history of meteorological observations of the weather, at least in our country, has more than a hundred years. And it contains recorded historical facts indicating what the air temperature was during this period. How much precipitation fell on the ground, when the first snow fell, how much, etc.

So, there is no need to look far into history. Suffice it to recall what the summer of 1972 was like in our country. In terms of the temperature overboard, it was no less, and maybe even hotter than in 2010. Old-timers understand that in that year the capital of the USSR was covered with a thick fog from peat bogs, plus the forests in the area were burning terribly, destroying summer cottages and private houses … But then they did not even hear about climatic weapons. No one, not even the former leadership of the country, had the idea of blaming enemies from overseas for what happened. And at that time the "cold war" was in full swing!
And there were ice rains, and the global melting of winter snows before the New Year took place. Naturally, I don’t remember, but my relatives told me that on my birthday, in mid-December, thick snow was falling in the capital. After 10 days, when the mother was discharged from the hospital, she saw the grass turning green on the lawns. This is how the weather conditions changed dramatically in a few days. And this was the next year after the great land and fires in the swamps. Climatic weapons? I don't think it's just that the weather has always been weird and will "delight" us further.

I understand that the quote about the autumn weather, which stood for a long time that year, has already stuck in my teeth, but I still remind it. At the time of Tatyana Larina, as you understand, there were no harmful emissions into the atmosphere, internal combustion engines did not smoke, factories and factories for processing household waste did not smoke the sky.
Let's go back to the last century. In my memory, the winters were very cold at first, and then gradually warmed and acquired the "European" character that we observe to this day. There were days in January when classes in schools were canceled in Moscow due to frost, and the pipes in the neighboring boiler room burst from the temperature drop. Several years later, skiing in physical education classes in Serebryany Bor was canceled due to lack of snow.
The same is true now: year after year does not occur. Either the frosts are bitter, then the grass turns green and the sun warms up. I think that every reasonable and sane person will have a lot of memories from his personal archive, confirming the changeability and inconstancy of the weather.
If this is not enough for you, then let's remember the textbook “seven fat years” described in the Bible. And at that time, scientific and technological progress certainly could not have a negative effect on nature.
Nature is cyclical in its manifestations, today it fills with snow, and tomorrow the minus is replaced by a sharp plus, and streams flow. If you include logic and make friends with common sense, then the theory about the possibility of controlling the weather becomes nothing more than an artistic fiction.
Yes, I do not argue, people have learned to disperse the clouds so that on public holidays there is good weather over big cities. In my opinion, this is the only opportunity available to us to control the weather: to bomb storm clouds with a special composition that is sprayed from planes. But, alas, there are some downsides to this. Everyone who goes to summer cottages for the May holidays knows very well that if the clouds are scattered over a big city, the region will flood.
In nature, everything is arranged reasonably and harmoniously, nothing arises from scratch and does not go anywhere. If there is a cloud, then it will surely spill, if not over the central square of the country, then over the surrounding villages!
Why am I? Besides, don't look for a dirty trick where there is none, read the classics and listen to the stories of old people. There are much more real things in life to fear. Therefore, in my opinion, climatic weapons are a myth, another horror story for those who did not study well at school.
