The US government seriously considered the possibility that Adolf Hitler escaped from his Berlin bunker on April 30, 1945, according to declassified documents. FBI agents have been dispatched to South America to investigate alleged cases of Hitler's discovery in Argentina. Three months later, at the Potsdam Conference, Soviet leader Joseph Stalin told US President Harry Truman bluntly that Adolf had fled Germany.
How could Hitler end up in Spain?

He believes the Nazi leader was flown to Spain on April 29, before his personal pilot Hanna Reitsch entered the bunker, as was shown in the 2015 documentary The Great Escape of Adolf Hitler. “We have some evidence that he then flew to Spain with Eva Braun and Blondie, his dog. From there, they went by submarine to Argentina. After that, they took a train west to Estancia San Ramon and stayed there for the winter.

Conspiracy theorists have often discussed the idea that Hitler survived the war. This is due to the strange circumstances surrounding his death. According to official reports, Hitler committed suicide as the Red Army approached the center of Berlin. The body was then allegedly burned, leaving no trace. However, years later, the Russian authorities admitted that they had preserved the remains of the jawbone. A French investigation confirmed that they did indeed belong to Hitler. In a 2017 article published in the European Journal of Internal Medicine, researchers speculate that SS officers were ordered to burn the body before Soviet troops found the charred remains.
