In India, a 72-year-old man mysteriously came to life at a funeral pyre. He came to his senses and began to stir, and then sat down when his relatives were crying too loudly around him, writes the Daily Star.

It turned out that Deepak Singh's family decided to bury him on the evening of the same day they believed he died. Relatives of the Indian said that he did not complain of feeling unwell, got up in the morning and went to feed the cows. However, on the way to the barn, an elderly man fell and remained motionless. His grandson ran up to him, who could not catch his breath or feel his pulse. He called other relatives, who also concluded that Singh was dead.

After that, the Indian's family called a doctor, who also pronounced him dead. The relatives of the deceased man began to prepare for the funeral, and according to local tradition, they built a funeral pyre from branches and fabrics, on which they laid the body. After that, a farewell ceremony began, which includes mourning the deceased - at this moment Singh came to his senses. It should be noted that the ceremony participants did not have time to set fire to the fire.

According to Singh himself, he most likely simply passed out and did not experience any pain. “I hope next time they will wait a bit before burying me,” he said.
