Hello, friends. Attached is another selection of strange lighting fixtures from the century before last.
All lighting fixtures are most likely electric, as indicated by a number of factors, but electric wires do not fit them (or their lamps) by some strange pattern. There have already been a lot of analyzes and discussions on such devices in previous articles, so I leave all the photos without comments.

From what we were able to understand, only one point - chandeliers, in which there were standard sockets for candles, in addition to candles, could receive certain devices that did not glow due to the combustion of hydrocarbons. Some photos on such devices have mini lampshades. In their shape, they are completely identical to candles, but they do not smoke at all and are fireproof. Obviously, such devices were used in the overwhelming majority of wealthy households, in palaces and other state institutions, and partly even in temples.
Until next time.
