A series of mysterious fires in England from 1971 to 1975 are associated with the name of a certain Barbara Bully. Each of them flared up every time a woman known for a difficult temper was fired from her job. The British press dubbed the fires "vengeful fire".

In August 1971, Barbara was checked out at the Berkeley Vale Hotel in Stone, Gloucestershire. Mrs. Boley lost her job as a cook, and the hotel … a piece of property that had been burnt in the fire.

In the fall of the same year, the conflicted Barbara quarreled with the administration of a boarding school in Bridgewater (Somerset County). Soon a bedroom in the boarding school burst into flames. Two years later, the police showed interest in Mrs. Bully already about the fire in the girls' school in Bath.

Four months passed, and three fires, one after another, "visited" the Swan Hotel in Tyosberi. Naturally, they coincided in time with another conflict that broke out between Buli and the hotel administration. And for the third time, firefighters rescued the Swan after Buli had left.

In early 1975, the last incident involving a scandalous woman took place at the Turbey Hotel in Devonshire. Mrs. Boley was notified of her dismissal, and the next day the bedding in the staff room caught fire.

At the police station, Barbara, admitting that fires followed another scandal each time, categorically denied arson. The case of the "vengeful fire" never came to court - for lack of evidence. From that time on, all mentions of Barbara Bully ceased.

According to experts who register cases with such people, adolescents most often become them.

In 1982, an unusual story happened to nine-year-old Benedetto Supino. The son of a carpenter from the Italian city of Pharma, while waiting in line to see the dentist, suddenly caught fire.

The child was lucky: he did not receive serious burns. But a few days later the unusual phenomenon was repeated. In the morning the boy woke up from terrible pain: his linen was smoldering. Then Benedetto's strange abilities began to spread to the surrounding objects.

From Zupini's gaze, plastic, furniture, lighting fixtures flashed. Medical scientists became interested in the phenomenon. However, they could not figure out the phenomenon.

Four years later, a certain Sasha K., a 13-year-old teenager from Yenakiev, asked the specialists of Ukraine a "problem" with similar conditions. In the fall of 1986, window glass was broken in his parents' apartment. The opening of the first glass was like an ordinary hole in a stone from a slingshot; the weekend was smooth, without cracks, with melted edges.

Then the strangeness began to demonstrate electrical appliances: the lamps, TV, refrigerator turned on and off. By themselves, the carpet in the hallway and the upholstery of the front door ignited. The residents extinguished the fire, not realizing that this was just the beginning. In a short time, the apartment flashed nine times: newspapers, furniture, sockets, oilcloth on the balcony caught fire.

Finally, exhausted from the war with fires, the family moved to a new location. But here, too, an unknown force soon showed its temper. Just a few days later, in front of my grandmother's eyes, a rag at the door began to smoke. And after the boy got to his cousin's apartment and the girl's fur coat, scarf and hat flashed before the eyes of the latter, all doubts that Sasha was to blame for everything disappeared completely.

Finally, the doctors decided to examine the boy. However, they could not at least somehow explain the mysterious abilities. The reasons for the "fiery phenomenon" have remained unclear until now.
