Most of us think that photography is just a collection of zeros and ones in digital format or paper with a picture of something. In fact, a photographic portrait is a captured energy and information about a person.
It so happens that a single shot, falling into the hands of the wrong person, can completely ruin your life.
Witches and black magicians know not to show photos to just anyone, and they do everything possible so that their face, and especially their eyes, do not fall into the lens of a stranger's camera.
How I photographed the witch. Eyewitness Valentin
This mysterious incident happened to me in July 2001 on the picturesque coast of Crimea. Then I was an aspiring photographer, no, rather an amateur, although many acquaintances already then told me that my works are masterpieces. Going on vacation to the Black Sea, I, of course, took my film ZENIT 122. Yes, in those days digital cameras were just appearing, they were expensive, and the quality of the images they produced was far from perfect. However, even today I sometimes use a film camera, there is in the film, especially in black and white, something mystical lamp.
Relaxing on the seashore with a camera in hand, I simultaneously enjoyed the beauty of nature and snapped beautiful shots. Suddenly, a young lady came into my field of vision - a girl of 20-22 years old: pretty, interesting, with red hair and cheerful freckles. At first glance - ordinary, there are millions of them, but there was something about her that I wanted to photograph her, experienced photographers will understand me. I tried to hide all my shyness, where to go, and went up to her.
Lilya turned out to be cheerful and talkative, she gladly agreed to a photo session. “It's not very beautiful here, and there are a lot of people. There is a great place 20 minutes walk from here without a single living soul,”she told me. I went after her as if drugged.

While we were walking along the coast, I learned that Lilya lives in the Crimea, in a small village nearby, and often comes to the sea. She also said that she lives with her grandmother, and her grandmother is a hereditary witch, and she herself is also a witch.
- Where are your parents? - I asked.
- Father left us when I was five years old. Then my mother started drinking and my grandmother cursed her. As a result, the mother drowned in the sea.
“Wasn't mom a witch?”
- Strength is transmitted through one generation. Don't you know? My grandmother is a witch and I am a witch. And my mother and great-grandmother were not witches. But the great-great-grandmother was a witch. Do you understand?

Of course, I didn't believe a single word. The girl loves to joke, let her joke to herself!
“Here we are. Isn't it beautiful here? The main thing is not to be shy, I am a witch and I like everything to be natural,”said Lilya. “Naturally” meant that she wanted to be photographed without clothes, no clothes at all. While she was undressing, it seemed to me that I was about to lose consciousness from embarrassment, but there was nowhere to go. I tried to pull myself together, which was not easy, and set to work. I took five shots in total. You can't do much with a film camera.
After developing the film, all five frames with Lilya turned out to be defective. It seemed that during the shooting she was shaking her head a lot, and her face turned out to be blurry. Everything is visible, but not the face. This could be attributed to a technical malfunction of imperfect Soviet technology, but the remaining 30 frames, which also included people, were successful. There is only one explanation - she is a witch, and for some mystical reasons the film "did not take" her face.
