This theory is put forward by some American researchers. The occupation of the earth, in their opinion, is needed by extraterrestrial intelligence in order for our civilization to perform the auxiliary functions necessary for aliens. However, there is still no reliable data on any real contact with alien beings. One of the versions of why this has not happened yet is that the organs of external perception "work" in the three-dimensional dimension, and they, guests from other planets, exist in a completely different one. At the same time, in contrast to ufologists, skeptics argue that, even if we assume the existence of unearthly representatives, they are hardly interested in occupying the Earth, since in terms of development and progress we are still very, very far from them.
