An unusual surprise awaited a resident of Voronezh on the evening of March 9, 2017 upon returning home. Entering the apartment, the girl discovered that an incomprehensible liquid was flowing from the outlet and the dashboard in the apartment, outwardly resembling blood and at the same time emitting an unpleasant odor. The landlady immediately called the management company, which sent a plumber and an electrician. But the employees of the Criminal Code could not explain what this liquid was and where it came from, and then left, fearing, as they put it, for their health.
After that, the girl called the system 112. Together with the civil defense and emergency services, police officers arrived at the unusual apartment. After examining the scene, none of the visitors was also able to explain the reasons for the incident and what to do about it. True, the owner of the dwelling had to write a receipt that she would not spend the night there.
It is noteworthy that none of the neighbors has anything similar.
- First, the plumber walked through the neighboring apartments to try to find out where this liquid could flow from, - says the girl. - Then I personally walked. Apparently, only I was so "lucky".
The day before yesterday, the mistress of the ill-fated apartment waited for the employees of Rospotrebnadzor, who, she hoped, would be able to clarify the situation and explain what kind of liquid it was. But Rospotrebnadzor was unable to solve the mystery of the “bleeding” sockets in the Voronezh apartment.

According to moe-online.ru, on the morning of March 10, information appeared that employees of the Rospotrebnadzor department took samples of an unknown liquid. However, the department reported that, in fact, not liquid samples were taken, but … air samples in the apartment.
By the evening it became known that there was no excess of the maximum permissible concentration of harmful substances in these samples. The representatives of the department explained that according to the regulations they could take only such samples.

In the meantime, it remains only to make assumptions. Judging by what the owner of the apartment, Yana Vladimirova, said, liquid for cleaning the sewage system could have flowed from the sockets in her apartment.
“I had a real foam party,” Yana says sadly. - I laid the diapers under the streams flowing from the sockets. And it looks like four liters leaked from the sockets. And when I tried to wash the floor, the liquid began to foam. She had a very pungent smell typical of household chemicals.
