London-based nurse Josephine Iyamu, of Nigerian descent, lived a double life. In one she was an exemplary employee, and in another she had a mansion with servants in Nigeria, built with money from pimping.
With the help of a Nigerian voodoo sorcerer, Josephine bewitched rural girls from Nigeria, brought them to Europe and forced them to prostitute on the streets of Germany.
Recently, Iyamu's bizarre scams were uncovered and on June 29 she was found guilty in a case unparalleled in British justice.
53-year-old Iyamu made large profits from her pimping activities. All her enchanted priestesses of love lived in terrible conditions, but Iyamu herself was glamorous and led a lavish lifestyle, feasting in European restaurants and buying expensive designer shoes.
To force the girls to be submissive and not resist, Iyamu, with the help of a voodoo sorcerer, made them drink a strange concoction called "juju" made of chicken blood, worms and chicken hearts. After that, the girls silently endured any violence and meekly allowed themselves to be taken from Nigeria to Libya. During these five days, they were often attacked, raped and even tried to kill, but the girls did not resist.
Then the girls were put on rubber boats and sent to the shores of Italy, and from there they were transported to Germany, where they replenished the army of street prostitutes.
Iyamu's scam came to light when German police attacked her trail, investigating the channels through which African sex slaves were brought into the country. After that, 53-year-old Josephine Iyamu and her husband were arrested right at Heathrow airport on August 24, 2017.

When Iyamu was searched, they found a list with the ingredients for the juju drink and a detailed description of how to prepare it and for what purpose. And also a list with the names and telephone numbers of her accomplices.
In 2016-2017, Iyamu worked as a nanny for a South East London agency, and before that she worked in a hospital and was in good standing. She lived with her husband Ali in the Bermondsey area and aroused no suspicion in anyone.
Describing the voodoo ceremony that all Iyamu girls went through, the police officer said that they were first given blood in which worms floated. Then they beat them on their bare back and chest with a chicken carcass. Then the girls had to eat the heart of the freshly killed chicken.
Then the sorcerer made cuts with a sharp razor on their bodies and lips. Then Iyamu herself put pieces of the victim's skin and cut hair from their pubes into bags and said, "What you ate was from the devil and now if you don't give me money, the devil will come and kill you."
None of the girls, after all this, even thought about resistance or escape. Even when one of them was forced to have an abortion and then forced to go to work while she was still bleeding.
The final trial of Iyamu will take place on July 4th.
