India is home to 21-year-old Rupesh Kumar, who has the body of a 160-year-old man. All due to the fact that he has a rare genetic disease - Progeria.

The guy is aging eight times faster than any other person, writes the Daily Mail.

Progeria occurs in only one person in eight million.

The guy's parents were even offered money in order for them to take their son to the circus.

Kumar is the most famous long-liver with this disease. Usually people with this ailment live only up to 13-14 years.

The first symptoms of progeria appeared in the boy at the age of eight. Parents wrote to the Prime Minister of India, asking for help, but have not received an answer yet.

Dr. Rupesha Yugantar Pandey said that so far no medicine has been invented for progeria and cannot be cured.

“This is a genetic problem that causes genes to mutate,” says the doctor.

Now the Rupesh family is supported by a local charitable organization, which has promised to provide the young man with the necessary medicines.

Note that it is the case of Progeria that is described in the story of the American writer Francis Scott Fitzgerald "The Mysterious Story of Benjamin Button", and after that it was filmed in a movie with Brad Pitt in the title role.

The only difference is that Benjamin Button is a character who was born an old man and lived the life cycle the other way around - from old age to youth.
