Former Canadian Defense Secretary (was Secretary of Defense from 1963-1967) Paul Hellyer (now 90 years old) acknowledged the existence of extraterrestrials, stating that government research back in the 60s of the last century confirmed the fact that extraterrestrial civilizations visited our planet.
In total, from 2-12 to 80 species (civilizations) of alien beings are distinguished. It's all about the classification of aliens, which is not yet fully understood. It's like on Earth. One species, but there are different races. And within the same race there are different nationalities. So it is with the aliens. It is quite possible that these 80 civilizations in the end represent only 2-12 species, the rest are just their subspecies.
It turns out that the aliens, whose arrival from the stars, humanity has been waiting for since time immemorial, have long been here. Over the past several thousand years, 4 types of aliens have visited Earth many times.

According to the retired defense minister, the aliens now on Earth came from several different locations. These are the star systems Zeta Grid, Pleiades, Orion, Andromeda and Altair. Therefore, the aliens are different. There are those as they are portrayed in science fiction films - small, gray with huge heads and eyes. And there are those who are very similar to us - the so-called "Tall Whites". There are even those who cannot be distinguished from people at all.
And speaking last spring at the Civil Hearings on Declassification conference in Washington, DC, Helier revealed that at least two Tall Whites are working for the US government at the Indian Springs, Nevada training ground. They live at a US Air Force base, collaborate with the military and share technology with them.
Paul Hellyer said that aliens do not like the way humanity treats its planet, and therefore do not intend to share their high technologies with us. “They would like to cooperate with us and teach us a better life, but only, it seems to me, with our consent. They do not consider us to be good masters of the planet,”the ex-minister admitted. If people changed their way of life, began to treat the planet more responsibly and more carefully, stop making dumps everywhere, fight, kill and rape, start helping the poor and dismiss all the military, the aliens would give them fantastic technologies.

Currently, 17 different alien civilizations interact with earthlings in one form or another, and the rest either just visit the Earth from time to time and fly away again or constantly monitor our planet without coming into contact (or at least trying to avoid contact).
Generally speaking, among these 17 types of aliens, 2 types are the most active and have come into contact with governments (including negotiations):
1) "Tall whites".
2) "Grays" (small aliens like from cartoons with big heads and teardrop-shaped eyes).
"Tall whites" and "Grays" are in conflict with each other and they have different plans for Earth.
1) "Tall Whites" aka "Scandinavians" ("Tall Whites") are good. Although the "grays" arrived earlier, but the alien of the "tall whites" during the first contact, on behalf of this race, who came from another solar system, issued an ultimatum to the United States not to contact another race, which we call "Grays", promising, if agreed, to help us rid ourselves of this race of ruthless invaders. Then the alien said that they want to raise the spiritual and intellectual level of earthlings. When asked by the US President: are they ready to transfer new technologies to us, a refusal followed. Also, the alien demanded to stop the further development of technologies for all types of weapons.
2) "Grays" are bad. They told a story or a convenient legend about their race on one of the planets in the constellation Orion. Their race is dying out due to the changed conditions on the planet and they are forced to look for opportunities to preserve their race. During one of the subsequent meetings in 1971 at the same Holloman base, Robert Emenegger and Allan Sandler filmed a documentary film about a meeting with alien aliens commissioned by the CIA.
According to W. Cooper, the agreement with the "Grays" reached in 1954 contained the following:
- aliens will not interfere in the affairs of earthlings;
- Earthlings (US government) will keep the presence of aliens on our planet a secret;
- aliens will help us in technological development;
- this assistance will only concern the American nation;
- they are allowed to abduct a certain number of people for their genetic research, ostensibly to control the development of the human race;
- they undertake to return the abducted people, provided that these people do not remember anything about their abductions.
