We are very prolific: we constantly create thoughts and send them into space, without trying to find out whether they will be useful or harmful, able to free us and other people, or, conversely, harm us and everyone around us. Unconsciously, we are thus preparing the moment when all beings touched by these thoughts will come to demand from us to pay for the damage that we have caused them by these thoughts. Every thought that comes from us is saturated with our magnetism, energy and smell, and one day it will definitely return to us.

Thought is powerful only if it is concentrated. If you allow her to be absent-minded, she will weaken and be unable to create anything. Concentration is the basic technique of inner alchemy, and you must practice it constantly. Thousands of examples from life show the effectiveness of concentration, including the most elementary ones: for example, you probably had to concentrate the sun's rays with a magnifying glass to light a piece of paper. Learn to transfer this phenomenon to the psychic sphere, and you will understand that by concentrating on a point and maintaining this state for a long time, a thought can “ignite” materials in your psychic and spiritual world.

Concentration of thought is a difficult exercise that requires some preparation. This preparation consists primarily in calming yourself down, since arousal depletes a person's mental energy, and if you try to concentrate without calming down, you will hit the neurons of your brain, and they will not be able to do their work correctly. Any object has natural inertia, and you cannot immediately give it the desired movement: first, it must be gently nudged, and only after a while will it come into the movement that you sought. Never forget that the cells of your body are living creatures that you must handle with care.

Once you calm down, you can begin to mobilize your cells in the desired direction. In this case, you must learn to understand how you should act. When you start off with your car, you cannot immediately rush at a speed of two hundred kilometers per hour. The same is the case with concentration: you, too, will have to go through several successive stages until the moment when you feel that you have enough control of the situation to concentrate on the chosen plot. You will feel that all of your cells are cooperating with you in your work, because you have given them such a good orientation that your thought continues to naturally go in that direction.

There is no such obstacle that would not fall before the calmness and concentration of thought, no matter how great it may be. Until you deeply study your inner nature and defeat the numerous enemies hiding in it, you will not have even an approximate idea of the subtle forces of thought, their inextricable connection with external material things and their magical potential, which, being true open and directed, rebuilds and transforms the conditions of your life. Your every thought is an outlet of power, and in accordance with the nature and intensity of this power, it infiltrates the minds that are receptive to it, causing them to respond positively or negatively.

Make your thoughts good and light, and they will quickly be realized in your outer life in the form of favorable conditions for your life.
