Aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years and even caused international crises between countries during the Cold War, former Canadian Minister of National Defense Paul Hellyer told RT reporters.
The former head of the security department of the North American state said that at least four types of humanoids have been visiting Earth for many years and that the highest authorities of the countries constantly communicate with extraterrestrial beings, reports Nashaplaneta.ru.
Paul Hellyer, who headed the Canadian defense department in the 1960s, now claims that the highest members of the governments of the leading states of the Earth are in league with aliens.
Mr. Hellyer first spoke about his discoveries in 1995, and since then he has become an authority figure among ufologists.
In an interview with RT, Mr. Hellyer said: “During the Cold War in 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in Russia flying from the UFO base, which was located in southern Russia, all over Europe.
