Some publication with a very strange name, The Liberty Beacon, assures that such a variant of an attack on residents of the United States was approved by the chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
The publication assures that "these Russians have developed a powerful climate weapon." The authors of such a statement, surprising in its absurdity, refer to some non-existent report of the Security Council.
However, they do not provide either its name, much less any evidence on this topic. Which, in general, is not surprising. Indeed, the main thing in the American media is not to convey truthfully the facts, but to play on the ratings.
However, the authors decided not to waste time on trifles. As they say, to fantasize, so on a grand scale. It turns out, according to the publication, Russia almost destroyed Paris with a flood, and also sent heavy downpours to Berlin and generally nearly drowned all of Europe.
