Did you know that the most mysterious and controversial alien artifact today is the Roswell stone? This small dark brown stone, which is a convex triangle with rounded edges and a mysterious symbol on one of its faces, was found in 2004 in the desert near Roswell, New Mexico (see video below).

This completely barren desert surrounding the city of Roswell became infamous throughout the world after the crash of an alien spacecraft in 1947. The earliest articles about the Roswell incident that appeared in the media did indeed confirm the collapse of the disc-shaped object, the fragments of which were hastily removed to the nearest US Air Force base. However, two days later, the official history was changed, and readers were presented with information about the bursting mesoonde.

One of the photographs that appeared then in the newspapers shows the military who are fiddling with the foil of a supposedly balloon. But in the hands of one of them, one can see a note, which was read only with the help of modern technologies. The content of the note fully confirms the existence of a silvery disk that crashed into the ground, and the dead aliens who were pulled from the rubble.

And now a few decades later, in these places, a 56-year-old local named Robert Ridge accidentally discovered a strange stone half buried in the ground in the desert. When Ridge brought it home and cleaned it of the dirt, it was discovered that mysterious symbols depicting lunar cycles were carved into the smooth surface, probably using a laser.

In addition, the stone had strange magnetic properties. When a magnet was brought to it from different sides, it rotated in opposite directions. At first, it was suspected that Ridge himself had cut a magnet into the stone, but radiography determined that the stone had a solid structure. During the research, it was also discovered that the inscription carved into the stone could not have been made using the technologies known at that time.

Immediately, there were suggestions that the crashed flying saucer and the mysterious stone could be somehow related. Or could the strange artifact have been left behind during previous alien visits? Or maybe the nine flying saucers that appeared over Roswell in 1947 were looking for him?

Later it turned out that the symbols depicted on the stone perfectly match the crop circle that appeared in 1996 in a wheat field near the English town of Lidington, 120 km from London.

Now you understand why the mystery surrounding the Roswell stone remains one of the most controversial. Of course, there are many people who can carve the same pattern on stone. But few people will be able to create a stone with such a strong magnetic field. There is one more question … If it were a stone made by human hands, why would it have been thrown out among the endless desert, where it would have been almost impossible to find it?
