Rick Minter, an expert on strange cats in Britain, immediately went to the site and examined the last victim of the predator, the remains of a roe deer. According to him, the killer by all indications is one of the felines, this is indicated by the nature of eating flesh. Moreover, the cat ate meat very eagerly and actively.

The National Trust, which owns the forests and valleys of Woodchester, meanwhile, was so concerned about the problem that it ordered an expensive genetic test to find out at last the mysterious deer killer. Minter and his team of footprints around the remains said they were large, rounded prints and were definitely not canine.
The facts pointing to the big cat were confirmed this Thursday, January 12, when a local resident said that in the field, near the place where the roe deer was killed on January 4, she saw a large black cat. According to her, it was a large animal, the size of a shepherd dog. Strong build, small head and long tail.
Later, other eyewitnesses were found, and in neighboring Wiltshire they even managed to photograph the animal. Wilf Ashman, 72(Wilf Ashman) said he saw a large black animal, similar to a large cat, near his house seven times in the last ten years. The last time was in 2010.
-This is not just an ordinary, but a large cat. This is something else. It is different from a cat and does not look like a wild cat, - said the pensioner.
Another interesting piece of evidence came from Neilsworth a week before the roe deer was killed. There they saw a snow-white creature with spots (!), Similar to a predatory beast. Eyewitness Andy Todd (Andy Todd) said that the animal reminded him of a polar bear.
