The media published a secret CIA report stating that in 1993 a UFO turned 23 Russian soldiers into stone in Siberia.

According to the newspaper, after the collapse of the USSR, many KGB files got to the CIA, including 250 pages of the UFO dossier. The report also contains photographs and testimonies.
According to CIA materials, a low-flying UFO appeared over a military unit in Siberia. One of the soldiers fired a rocket at him. Those who survived said that five short humanoids with large heads and large black eyes got out of the car. Then they merged into a single shiny white spherical ball of light that hummed and hissed.
The balloon then exploded and the 23 soldiers watching it turned to stone, the report said. Two survivors were allegedly in the darkened area at this point.
According to the newspaper, the report also says that the remains of the petrified soldiers were transferred to a secret research institution near Moscow.
