Brandon said he has information about an explosion that will occur in Pennsylvania. "Everyone will talk about it, even the president will come here!" - he assured. He was ready to name the source of information only to the special services, and therefore the police complied with his request - they reported him to the FBI.
After talking with Brandon behind closed doors, FBI agents transferred him to the CIA's special department, which is investigating anomalous phenomena.
