Siberia is full of secrets and mysteries, unexplored places and many strange creatures that the locals tell about. The Labynkyr lake has long been considered by local residents to be restless, they believe that "Labynkyr Devil" lives there. The burst of activity of this creature attracted the attention of not only local residents, but also the Daily Mail, dubbing it "the Siberian Loch Ness monster."
The fisherman Andrei Soloviev, who uses the strongest nets when fishing for fish, came closest to the mysterious creature, but they turned out to be broken and torn, holes in them are about a meter in diameter. The fisherman is confident that the known species of fish from this lake could not leave holes of this size, even if they managed to damage the net.
It is also interesting that this lake was explored during the Soviet era, revealing the skeletons of relict creatures 9-10 meters long with a width of 1.2-1.5 meters with a huge mouth covered with teeth. Also, according to unconfirmed reports, some skeletons had a horn-like outgrowth on the skull.
