The story took place in early September 1999. On Saturday morning, 62 people from the Chinese town of Yuimin took their seats on bus 561. The minibus drove onto a suburban highway, and then the oddities began. Eyewitnesses of the abduction claim that they saw a kind of whirlwind that enveloped the bus, after which it disappeared from the road. Inside the bus, passengers fell asleep abruptly, but after a while they woke up, although not all of them. Those who woke up from sleep found that they, along with the minibus, were in a "luminous hangar." Strange-looking "kidnappers" soon appeared.
They resembled humanoids of ordinary people in overalls, but the heads had a rather strange structure. Here is what one of the passengers said about them: “The skin on the face and palms is white, with a slightly pinkish tint. Just like us, two arms, two legs, a torso, only the proportions are slightly different. But the faces are like those of mutants from horror films. The likeness of the eyes - two in front and one on the back of the head, in the center of the forehead - a reddish convex shimmering button. The nose is flattened, crushed into the face, the mouth is generally kind of strange: now a barely noticeable strip, now a slit, which, fully opening, turns into a funnel. A little later, I saw how one of the humanoids was eating: a funnel-trunk protruded from his mouth about ten centimeters and began to suck in some food from an oval vessel with a wide neck … They talk without opening their mouths,their speech goes directly to your brain, and you understand everything."
All contactees reported that they were first questioned about their occupation and then given various personal advice. However, all of them were shown the same picture, which showed the footage of the "Third World War". After the show, the humanoids asked passengers to warn humanity against unleashing a "nuclear Apocalypse".
After the bus returned to the road, it turned out that it was already 8 hours, but the time of day did not correspond to their time zone. Later it turned out that the minibus was "unloaded" one and a half thousand kilometers from the place of "theft". Some believe that all passengers, including the driver of Flight 561, suffered massive psychosis with hallucinations. However, none of the skeptics of the extraterrestrial version of what happened could explain how the bus was able to cover twice the possible distance.
