What are climate weapons? In fact, it is a weapon of mass destruction, which is also a means of destroying the economy of individual countries or a separate state. Artificial influence on the weather and climate in a particular region is used as the factors of destruction. Moreover, this region can be expanded to the mainland or continent. Climate weapons are a range of technologies that can cause atmospheric disasters. These include tornadoes, typhoons, tornadoes, showers. In addition, this type of weapon is capable of changing the general state of the climate in a particular territory, causing drought, frost or soil erosion, as well as artificially creating man-made disasters that can provoke economic and political crises.
However, the creation of climate weapons is faced with a number of serious restrictions. To influence synoptic objects, the dimensions of which are hundreds and thousands of kilometers , and which determine the weather for a period from tens of hours to several days, huge technological and energy resources are needed. Moreover, the effect of such an impact is unpredictable and not guaranteed, since the prediction of the consequences of this impact is very inaccurate. In addition, it is necessary to provide for the possibility of removing energy that was introduced from the outside for the implementation of climate change. After all, synoptic education moves and has an impact, regardless of state borders, and therefore the result of its impact may also affect the country that caused the phenomenon.
According to scientists, at this level of development of technology and climatic technologies, such a scientific and practical task is still technically impracticable. Active work in the field of guaranteed influence on weather conditions in the territory of tens of kilometers is being carried out in a number of states.
