The most common superstition is the negative coming from the number 13. It is difficult to find a person who somehow does not show his displeasure if he is offered to buy an apartment under this number. Most often, as realtors say, even the most serious and educated people try to avoid such purchases.
Many are frightened by the number 6, and they would never agree to live in an apartment with a “six” in the room. The number 666 deserves special hatred.
Some are convinced that a deal should not be made on the 13th, and there is nothing to say about "Friday the 13th" - everyone knows that this is an unlucky day! Sometimes superstitions spread to Monday and other days.
Sometimes this superstition turns into another side. For example, as one realtor said, a potential buyer was looking for an apartment, in the room of which there must be an eight. If she was persuaded to at least look at other options suitable for all other parameters, the woman categorically refused to even approach the “wrong” apartments.

Maybe this cunning move makes sense: it has been proven that in Russia apartments on the 13th floor are selling worse than even on the first and last floors.
And in Europe this tendency is quite widespread: even in many hotels there are no 13 rooms and the 13th floor is skipped. The same applies to the unlucky six.

Persuading a superstitious client is a matter of honor for a true professional. Although many realtors themselves are not alien to some superstitions. For example, they know for sure that some apartments are in an “unhappy” location, otherwise why do deals with them always fail?
One woman, who introduced herself as a psychic, barely crossed the threshold of the apartment, immediately said: “I won't buy it! At least ten people died here, bad energy. Perhaps other anomalies can be explained just as easily. The main thing is not to dwell on "unusual" manifestations, but to try to find a materialistic explanation for them.
