This story began when, in 1947, mysterious objects were observed several times over the classified city of Arzamas, where the hydrogen bomb was being created. They looked like long, silvery cigars, and shimmered with a faint, pale orange light at night. UFOs appeared at high altitudes and circled over the city.
The military mistook them for American spy planes and tried to land, but to no avail.
In 1960, test pilot Colonel Yuri Nefyodov took off from one of the Far Eastern airfields on a brand new MiG.
Having flown 200 kilometers from the airfield and about to turn back, he suddenly noticed an incomprehensible object approaching him. Nefyodov decided that there would be a collision, since a strange object was flying right at him! But at the very plane, he sharply went up and disappeared into the sky. No ordinary aircraft could make such a maneuver!
Nefyodov, as an experienced pilot, understood this perfectly. It even seemed to him that he saw a mirage.
But suddenly the object appeared again. He caught up with the MiG and flew for some time next to the plane. Nefyodov managed to make out a little of the intruder. It looked like an oval, but somehow irregular and uneven and looked more like a potato.
It was difficult to see it in more detail, since it glowed unusually brightly. The pilot reported by radio that he was being pursued by some strange object. But, according to the dispatchers, there were no objects on the radars other than his plane! The strange "potato" continued to accompany the MiG. When Nefyodov got in touch with the airfield, the control room could not believe it. The controllers thought that the pilot was already dead, since more than 20 minutes ago his plane disappeared from the radar screens!
When the pilot returned to base, it turned out that his watch was exactly 20 minutes behind. In addition, having flown the extra 350 kilometers, he did not use a drop of fuel, which means that 20 minutes of Nefyodov simply did not exist!
To investigate the incident, a special commission was created, which failed to shed light on what happened. All documents were handed over to the archives, and the participants in these events signed a "nondisclosure of state secrets."
For example, the description of eyewitnesses who were still able to tell people about the mysterious flying objects that they met more than once in the night sky. Of course, skeptics will argue that the mysterious lights in the sky are just planes or satellites.

And a curious ufologist from Crimea revealed valuable information, it was he who shared with the public the maps of the military unit in Zhitkur, which indicated secret objects. According to the ufologist, it was here that the KGB conducted its UFO research.
However, the objects located on the map would not be so interesting to study if it were not for the secret underground bunker located on the territory of the same military unit in Zhitkur.
