In 2008, an ancient tomb was excavated in Guangxi, China, in the hopes of discovering the burial place of the Chinese emperor of the Ming Dynasty. This dynasty ruled the country in the 15th century. Scientists, layer by layer, removed the petrified soil and finally got to the tombstone. When they began to dust off it, a strange object suddenly broke off from the stove. At first, archaeologists took it for a ring, but after cleaning the find from dirt and rust, scientists could not believe their eyes - the relic turned out to be a small clock. And not a simple watch, but a Swiss one - the inscription “Swiss” was engraved on the reverse side.
The sarcophagus that was raised from an ancient tomb belonged to one of the Chinese rulers, and this tomb dates back to about 1400 AD. The unusual find is immediately sent for examination to Beijing. Its results amaze the entire scientific world. The watch, the hands of which stopped at 10 o'clock and 6 minutes, turned out to be genuine. Moreover, scientists managed to establish by the serial number - the watch was made in Switzerland almost a century ago. This discovery led scientists to perplexity. After all, if the found watches are really 100 years old, then how could they get into the tomb, which was sealed and remained intact for over 400 years?
One could assume that the clock was placed in the grave during the burial of the emperor along with other decorations, but this is simply impossible, because during the reign of the Ming dynasty, i.e. in the 14th - 16th centuries, there was no wristwatch yet. Swiss craftsmen began to create them only at the end of the 17th century. So far, archaeologists do not have an unambiguous answer to the question of how a modern object ended up in an ancient tomb, and most importantly, who could have left it there. But some researchers seriously state that there is only one explanation for the mysterious find - a traveler from the future left the watch in the past. That is, according to the researchers, these objects are brought with them by our distant descendants, who have already mastered the technology of time travel.
From what time travelers visit us, researchers can only speculate. But, based on the speed of technological progress, scientists conclude that guests leaving traces in the past arrive from about the beginning of the 22nd century. After all, it is by 2120, according to experts, that mankind will invent such a technology that will help create a time machine. According to scientists, most likely it will be some kind of super-fast transport capable of traveling faster than the speed of light and, due to this, delivering travelers to any era.
But why would people from the future visit the past? Probably, first of all, they explore ancient times for scientific purposes. And also the ancient times are visited simply by lovers of extreme recreation, because in the future everyone will be able to afford such a trip, and it will not be possible to buy it more than an ordinary tourist voucher.
Having overcome the speed of light, people in the future will be able to build not only a time machine, they will have spaceships capable of intergalactic flights, which means that it is highly likely that humanity will finally find its brothers in mind in space. Contrary to the fantastic plots, scientists assume - this will not lead to "Star Wars". On the contrary, earthlings will be friends with alien civilizations, because in the future people will become very peaceful. There will be no bloody wars on our planet. Even in spite of the limited amount of natural resources, humanity will learn to live in one state called Earth.
