Sophisticated and perverted human thought has been working for half a century on the creation and practical development of geophysical (geospheric) weapons, in which the object and means of influence is the surrounding natural (geophysical) environment: hydrosphere, lithosphere, surface layers of the atmosphere, ozonosphere, magnetosphere, ionosphere, near-earth space … The arsenal is rich. Back in the middle of the last century, military geophysicists were given an unusual task: to develop such weapons of mass destruction so that their use would be covert and not detected by existing control systems.
