The heaviest woman in the world is considered an Egyptian woman weighing 500 kilograms. Soon, 36-year-old "record holder" Eman Ahmed Ab El-Ati will be taken to India for weight loss surgery. For this, a plane was chartered to Mubai, where the patient is already awaiting a bariatric surgeon, Dr. Muffazal Lakdawala.

Indian specialists have taken on the task of saving a woman whose life has been in mortal danger in recent months, because bariatric surgery is not developed in Egypt. Congenital pathology
Her problem is not associated with overeating, the pathology is congenital. The mother of our heroine claims that at birth Eman weighed 5 kilograms. Pediatricians diagnosed the girl with glandular dysfunction, which leads to excess fluid accumulation in the body. She was also diagnosed with elephantiasis. It manifests itself in the form of extensive edema. According to relatives, by the age of 11, Eman began to weigh half a ton. Since then, she could not walk and tried to crawl. Soon, our heroine suffered a stroke, which confined her to bed. To this day, the woman is being cared for by her mother and sister.
Specialist predictions
When the women realized that it could not continue this way, they began to look for the best specialist in bariatric surgery. In October, our heroine's family contacted an Indian specialist who helped find money for chartering a flight. Now all the formalities are over, it remains to carry out an operation to reduce the stomach. Dr. Lakdawala believes that Eman does not have elephantiasis and that the extensive edema is caused by lymphadema. For three months after the operation, the Egyptian will remain in Mubai. Its weight will drop to 100 kilograms after 2-3 years.
