And here, it turns out, there is a certain technique that allows you to create lucid dreams, as if it were some kind of virtual reality or a product of cinema, the author of which is the dreamer himself. If you remember your dreams every morning, remember everything in detail, clearly, then the first step will not be a problem for you. First, get yourself a thick notebook in which you will write down all your dreams. Call it Dream Diary or something like that. Every morning try to remember them, write them down, record all the details and subtleties. But don't do this, because reality is reality, and a dream is just a fictional space that will not give you what real life does.

Secondly, if you can do whatever you want in a dream, then in real life you are not allowed to do this. That is why some people, after dreams, begin to behave inappropriately already in life. This should not be allowed.
