A deputy of the city council of the British town of Whitby told reporters that an alien visits him four times a year, and she has already given birth to a child from him. According to the deputy, sexual intercourse with other worlds does not affect his professional activities.
Simon Parkes, 53, was last elected to the City of Whitby City Councilor in North Yorkshire in the North East of England in 2011 from the Labor Party. He already has three children, and Parkes' wife condemned his fascination with aliens: “She found out about it and was very unhappy. This caused some difficulties, but this relationship is not at the human level, so I do not see anything reprehensible in them,”- said Parkes in an interview with the local newspaper The Northern Echo.
According to Parkes, the alien, whom he calls "Queen of the Cat", flies to him four times a year from another galaxy, and has already given birth to his child named Zarka. The Labor MP claims that the aliens are humanoid creatures of green color and about 2.7 meters in height, with a face similar to a kite, large eyes, a thin mouth and two noses. According to Parkes, he has sex with an alien in Earth orbit, where she delivers him in a way unknown to science.
In addition, the Labor MP claims that he was abducted several times as a child by aliens, and even his real mother was an alien (human parents, he said, worked in British military intelligence). He spends a lot of time drawing scenes from his relationship with aliens and is often interviewed about his contacts.
Parkes' city council colleagues say they are not very knowledgeable about his alien friends. The deputy himself believes that his acquaintances do not prevent him from performing his official duties, since he clearly draws the line between personal life and career.

“I'm more interested in fixing roofs and repairing roads, and people don't talk to me about aliens,” Parkes said in an interview with The Guardian. He also believes that many people, including high-ranking officials, are afraid to admit their connections with the aliens.

In addition to communicating with aliens, Parkes is fond of cats, is one of the leaders of the British Foundation for the welfare of the Norwegian Forest Cat Society, and also works as a driving instructor.
The leadership of the Labor Party does not comment on the behavior of its deputy. As some British media suggest, there are not as many active public figures among the party leaders as Parkes, who can easily attract the attention of the press.
