The moment of death

Meeting with a luminous creature

At the moment of death, when the “I” leaves the physical body, it leaves behind all the other shells (bodies). Prana leaves the physical body, the groups of cells in the physical body lose control of the subconscious. As a result, a group of cells disintegrates one after another, and at the same time, the process of disintegration of the cells themselves into constituent elements is launched, which later combine into groups of mineral, plant, and then animal species. There is a process about which one of the ancient thinkers said: "Death is only a form of life, and the destruction of one material form is only the beginning of the structure of another."

Since the physical body is thrown off, and the etheric body becomes the outer shell, the person becomes invisible to those who continue to live in the physical body.

The process of dying and subsequent processes during clinical death was investigated by the American doctor Raymond Moody, author of the book "Life After Life". Over the course of 5 years, Dr. Moody investigated more than a hundred cases in which patients who were declared clinically dead were resuscitated. The testimonies of these near-death survivors are very similar, down to the details.

A person who has left his physical body can hear those who are nearby at the time of his death. He hears a doctor ascertaining his death, he hears his family mourning him. At the very moment of death or just before that, he experiences unusual auditory sensations. It can be ringing bells or majestic, beautiful music, but there are also unpleasant buzzing, whistling sounds like the wind. Together with these auditory sensations, he has the sensation of moving at a very fast speed through some dark enclosed space in the form of a tunnel or pipe. Everything is dark and black, only light is visible in the distance. Approaching him, he becomes brighter and brighter. The light is yellowish-white, more white and of unusual brightness, and yet it does not blind and allows you to clearly see everything around.

All those who have experienced clinical death say that this is not just light, but a luminous creature, from which love and warmth emanate. A person feels complete inner relief, calmness in the rays of this being. After that the luminous creature comes into contact with the person. Communication takes place by direct transmission of thought, but in such a clear form that any misunderstanding or falsehood in relation to the luminous being is excluded. The questions boil down to: "Are you ready to die?" and "What did you do in your life that you can show me?" At the same time, a person always feels love and support, regardless of what the answers may be; questions are asked not to obtain information, but to help a person, to lead him along the path of truth about himself.

Such questions are a prelude to the most intense moment, during which a person is shown pictures of his earthly life. Many who returned after death said that the pictures of the past life follow in chronological order. For Others, memories were instantaneous, pictures of the past are simultaneous and it was possible to capture them all at once, with one mind's eye. Some people had pictures in color, three-dimensional and even moving. Despite the fact that the paintings were changing rapidly, each of them was clearly recognizable and perceived. Even the emotions and feelings associated with these paintings could be experienced anew by a person.

Many of those who have experienced clinical death, characterize the viewing of a past life as an attempt by a luminous creature to teach a lesson: during viewing, it is emphasized that two things are most important in life: learning to love others and acquiring knowledge.

In some cases, viewing pictures of the past takes place without the participation of a luminous creature. But in any case - a person sees himself as he really is.

And this moment, when a person stands face to face with his life, is very important for him.

In the etheric body

For most people who have experienced clinical death, a clear vision from the etheric body occurs immediately after scrolling pictures of past earthly life in the rays of a luminous creature. Moody, in Life After Life, quotes a woman's story:

• “I began to slowly climb upward and as I walked I saw several more nurses rushing into the room. My doctor was making a round at this time, and they called him. I saw him coming in and thought: “I wonder what he is doing here?” I moved behind the illuminator and saw it from the side very clearly. It seemed to me that I was a sheet of paper that flew up to the ceiling from someone's breath. I saw how they tried to bring me back to life. My body was spread out on the bed right in front of my eyes, and everyone was standing around me. I heard one of the nurses exclaim:

"Oh my God! She passed away! “. Another nurse, bending over me, gave me artificial respiration. I looked at the back of her head while she did this. I will never forget what her hair looked like - it was cut short. Immediately after that, I saw how the apparatus was rolled in, and they began to act with electric currents on my chest. I heard my bones crack and creak during this procedure. It was just awful. I watched them massage my chest, rub my arms and legs, and I thought: “Why are they worried? I'm very good now."

• A man's story: “I left my body. I felt like I was floating in the air. When I felt that I had already left the body, I looked back and saw myself on the bed below, and I had no fear. There was peace - very peaceful and serene. I was not at all shocked or scared. It was just a sense of calmness and it was something that I was not afraid of."

The process of the release of the etheric body from the physical body is written in the "Tibetan Book of the Dead", compiled over many centuries from the Teachings of the sages of Tibet and recorded in the 8th century AD. e. The book contains descriptions of the first moments of the release of the etheric body from the physical body and the first moments when the etheric body separated from the physical body.

A pure and clear light is described, from which only love and sympathy emanates, mentions something like a "mirror", which reflects the whole life of a person and all his deeds - good and bad. It is said that a dying person, having passed through a dark, muddy atmosphere, feels that his soul is being separated from his body. He sees his family and friends sobbing over his body, which they are preparing for burial, but when he tries to speak, no one sees or hears him. He does not yet realize that he is dead. And when he finally realizes that he is dead, he wonders where to go and what to do next. He does not stay long in the same place where he lived in earthly life.

He notices that he still has a body, a luminous body made of immaterial substance. He can rise to the height, pass through walls, without encountering the slightest obstacle. His movements are absolutely free. Wherever he wants to be, at the same moment he is there. His thoughts and feelings are unlimited. If in physical life he was blind, deaf or crippled, he is surprised to realize that his sparkling body has been strengthened and restored.

The famous Swedish naturalist and philosopher E. Swedenborg in the middle of the 18th century devoted a lot of time and effort to unraveling the essence of life in the other world. 1745 - he attained cosmic consciousness (had visions that "opened the sky for him") and until the end of his life was engaged in a complex system of ghost vision. His works provide a vivid description of what life after death is like. His descriptions are remarkably close to the testimony of people who have experienced clinical death. Swedenborg, on the basis of experiments on himself, in which he stopped breathing and blood circulation, states: "A person does not die, he simply frees himself from the physical body that he needed when he was in this world." This is how he described the first stages of death and the feeling of being outside the body:

“I was in a state of insensitivity to the sensation of the body, that is, almost dead; but the inner life and consciousness remained intact, so that I remembered everything that happened to me and what happens to the one who comes back to life. Especially clearly I remember the sensation of my consciousness leaving the body. " Swedenborg described the "light of the Lord" that penetrates into the past, a light of inexpressible brightness that illuminates the whole person. This light of true and complete understanding.

He further wrote that the past life can be shown to the dying person as a vision; he perceives every detail of the past and at the same time there is no possibility for lying or keeping silent about something: “Internal memory is such that everything that a person once said, thought and did, everything from his early childhood to old age. In the memory of a person, everything that he met in life is preserved, and all this successively passes before him. Nothing remains hidden from what was in his life, all this passes, like some pictures - presented in the light of the Lord."

A few days after death, a person leaves the etheric body, which for some time remains over the grave of the physical body. The abandoned etheric body can sometimes be seen by sensitive people in the cemetery as ghosts. After a few weeks, it disintegrates and dissipates in the air.
