1. Why are you so worried about the need to learn to say "NO"? Saying these words, I, first of all, meant your attitude to the obligations of the Dense Plan, which take your time and contribute to its wasting, which, believe Me, does not at all contribute to the insight of Co-Knowledge!
2. The first step to the purification of Co-Knowledge is precisely your attitude to the problems that you are erecting (in the dense plan), which you still have to break away from, and not "sooner or later", but today, now, because tomorrow it will be too late to say these words!
3. Try to define your attitude to what hinders your Spiritual growth! Try to critically and differently look at the problems of the Dense Plan, for most of them are simply far-fetched and have no value, but only distract you from the opportunity to think and make the right decision.
4. I have said and continue to say that you just need to think about My Words, because an inquiring mind will find answers to all your questions (problems), which seemed so huge and insoluble until recently, but in fact represent your delusion and misconception of Space.
5. You cannot learn to say “YES” without rejecting “NO”, for “YES” is the acceptance of the Creator by man, there is the acceptance of the Space of Love and Harmony, and “NO” is an unnecessary husk that covers the Co-Knowledge of a person and separates him from Me!
6. You cannot even think or try to think about “YES”, because on the platform of distorted Co-Knowledge it will not work to say “YES”, but you will only get a declaration of your participation in My affairs, in My providence, which means again a lie and deception.
7. I do not oppose "NO" and "YES", for this is, first of all, the choice of a person, this is the state of the Soul, which itself chooses the path between Good and Evil.
8. For Me, the word "NO" is the cleansing of the Con-knowledge of a person from the problems of the dense plan, there is the first step to transformation, and nothing can be done and nothing can be done if you find a compromise between Good and Evil!

9. I have already told you that the time of compromises with your Conscience is going away irrevocably, now you cannot be “spineless,” if only because CREATION of oneself presupposes the presence of pure thoughts. However, such thoughts do not enter the head looking towards a compromise.

13. Evolution - the key word of your aspirations - is constant IMPROVEMENT, which means constant purification of Co-Knowledge. But purification without "NO" is simply impossible!

15. Believe Me, there is no point and time to discuss the past, because the future is already in front of you, and preparation for this, so far unusual for you, future is your most important task.
16. Therefore, saying “NO” to the past (and everything that surrounds you is already the past), you open a New vision of the dense plan, for on the Thin plane you already feel the tension of Space and the changes that take place inside (Space)!
17. You know very well from your own experience that the external sores of your body (your shell) are a manifestation of internal diseases, therefore, you need to treat not so much the skin as the internal organs, because a skin disease is a signal of internal disharmony, but, worse, a disease.
18. Likewise, Space, by its external manifestation in the form of earthquakes or man-made disasters, tells you that on the Thin plane there is a CARDINAL change in cause-and-effect relationships between the counterpropagating wave flows of Space.
19. Everything that happens on the surface of the Planet is just a reflected picture of CARDINAL changes in Space. But, on the other hand, this is My next attempt to draw your attention to the fact that the MANUAL IS INCOMPATIBLE with the NON-CREATIVE, if it is done on the basis of a twisted Co-Knowledge.

You should know that all your attempts to "bury yourself in the sand" are simply ridiculous for Me, and if you think that I control only the surface of the Planet, then this only characterizes your naivety, bordering on stupidity, for there is no escape from My punishment no one can, even burrowing into the deepest bunker!
21. There is no place on Earth for someone to hide from My gaze, and there is no way for you to miss the exam of the TRANSITION into a New Dimension, into a New high-frequency Space.
22. Believe that Noah's Ark was also an action planned by Me to save the required amount of Nature's gene pool. But now you will not be able to build a semblance of an ark, even if you have collected all your scientific and technical potential.
23. I warn you that the Space in which you have found yourself by My will is UNCREATIVE, which means that it is not for you to change It, but all people, without exception, have the RIGHT to be cleansed and the Right to say "NO" to their sins and vices.
24. Do not replace your own purification with attempts to hide from Me, do not make Me laugh with your naivety, for the change of Space is not the providence of people, but the PROVISION OF GOD, and, I want to emphasize, the ONE GOD!
25. The fact that you represent My presence in different ways does not mean anything! 26. All your ideas about Me will break into the objective reality of Space, and your choice today and your desire today to say "NO" to the past is the first step to salvation.
