There is an interesting exposition in the local history museum in the Dolgorukovsky village of Strelets. It contains eyewitness accounts of a visit to this village 23 years ago by aliens.
A passionate historian and ethnographer, museum director Vladimir Belolipetskiy conducted the investigation of that case. The event that took place in Sagittarius at the end of the summer of 1990 prompted him to a new hobby - ufology, the very area of knowledge, as stated in the reference books, that studies unidentified flying objects and the phenomena allegedly associated with them. Vladimir Nikolaevich became so carried away by these phenomena, which took place on Dolgorukov land, that he graduated from the correspondence courses of ufologists in Moscow. And the "testimonies" of his fellow countrymen who saw UFOs formed the basis of a special exposition placed in the hall of the modern history of the village.

Late in the evening on August 25, 1990, when the dancing in the local recreation center had already ended, extremely agitated girls approached Vladimir Nikolaevich and began to ask their girlfriend to tell the director of the House of Culture what happened to her a few hours ago. The story sounded incredible. It happened to Olga Shabunina, a tenth-grader from the Lipetsk school, who was staying that summer in Sagittarius with her grandmother Alexandra Tikhonovna Deryugina, who, by the way, is a godfather of the Belolipetskys. And, of course, who, if not a relative, should have been told about what happened at that hour.
Vremya started on TV, but Olga was not at all interested in the political battles that unfolded that year and the confrontation between Gorbachev and Yeltsin: she was in a hurry to the outskirts of the village to visit her friends. But those were not at home. And then along the path damp from the last rain, she went to the club, again past her grandmother's house. Baba Shura was sitting on a bench, illuminated by a lantern burning in the dark.
At that moment it all started. As the girl later admitted, she could not turn her head, but at the same time with peripheral vision she saw what was happening nearby - how the same as she appeared, Olya, as absolutely at right angles, like a robot, turned off the road to her grandmother, approached her and began to talk. Grandmother reminded her granddaughter not to forget to drop a letter in the mailbox at the club. Then the girl's double continued on his way and knocked on the house of Anatoly Obraztsov - Olya's friend lived here. Uncle Tolya came out and told the double that his daughter had gone to the club.
And then the double was gone. But behind the Obraztsovs' estate, a bright orange ball with a salad-colored octagon appeared at the dam of the pond. How Olya ended up inside the ball, she could not remember …

And only then Baba Shura and her neighbor Anatoly Obraztsov will remember the strangeness in the girl's behavior when she went to the DK to dance.
- In the morning of the next day, - says Vladimir Nikolaevich, - I recorded Olya's story on a tape recorder, visited the place where it all happened, photographed it, asked other eyewitnesses - everything was also recorded. And most importantly, behind the old church, we managed to see in the tall grass a trail of giant runners - two meters long and of decent thickness.
It was the trail of a UFO landing, in which Olya unexpectedly appeared.
There was one more witness - a resident of the village Elena Petrovna Kryukova: “We went to bed, the light was out. Suddenly, an unusual light poured into the windows. At first I thought - car lights. But no sound from her. And some unusual flashes of lights. They walked from the pond where the dam is. I remember exactly - it was late in the evening of 25 August."
In the archives of Vladimir Nikolaevich there are other testimonies of fellow countrymen who saw an orange ball on the last nights of August 90. He flew over Dolgorukovo, Svishny, Vyazov, Sukhoi Olshants …
They were called "Nek" and "Dec"
Olga claimed that that was the name of the aliens she saw in the ball. They were short, with elongated arms, no hair on their heads, and tight-fitting salad-colored suits. They spoke Russian, but with an accent. Nek, according to Olga, was a woman - her ears were decorated with earrings with a snake. A portrait of an alien drawn by a girl is on display in a museum exhibition dedicated to UFOs.
The aliens behaved peacefully. They promised to take Olga to the club, adding at the same time: "At the same time, you will hand over your grandmother's letter there." How could they have known about him?
Olga doesn't remember what happened next. He only remembers a push. And again she is on a rural street. And it was as if an unknown force pushed her to the post office. Apparently, from the dam of the pond to the center of the village, the UFO transported Olga in a matter of seconds, although the distance is decent.
The fact that he made a stop here was confirmed by the former head of the first-aid post Valentina Nikolayevna Skripchenko, who had already passed away - her house was not far from the church. Here is her story, recorded by a local historian: “I went to bed, it was dark outside. The time is 10 pm, or even more. And suddenly I heard a sharp sound, as if a metal chain had been hit through the heating pipes. In fright, I jumped out of bed, and there is a light in the window, but unusual - our entire alleyway shines with a white fog. The next morning in this place in the grass found strange traces of a UFO.
“But Olya Shabunina is not the only one of my fellow countrymen who met with aliens,” says Vladimir Belolipetskikh. - My own aunt Polina Kuzminichna Kharkova, she is now 70 years old, visited them as a "guest".
Vladimir Nikolaevich himself, who has collected numerous eyewitness accounts of UFOs, has never seen unidentified flying balls. And I did not communicate with aliens. What he honestly admits. But he sincerely believes in the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations.
