The goals (at least of the first order) are to reduce the population of the Earth to an acceptable (from their point of view) level, personal longevity, immortality - with absolute control over social processes on planet Earth. These concepts can be traced not only in some kind of Internet pop, but quite simply according to the statements of officials and famous people, the agendas of international institutions, the activities of people like Gates, etc. etc.
In this construction, a person is a consumer of resources. With the advancement of digital technology, the possibility of a digital leash is becoming a reality. But the paradox of dialectics lies in the fact that the brake on this world-building was something that once served to itself quite properly to govern people, namely, national states. Destruction of statehood is a multi-layered process, but illustratively it looks quite understandable for peak examples - Libya, Iraq, “Arab Spring”, Ukraine. The technology looks pretty simple if you look at the situation from the outside, i.e. to be OUT OF THE BLIND SPOT of the problem.

This process (civil war) is primarily a consequence of an ideological war. Roughly speaking, the consolidation of one of the ideologies (left, social) in an extreme form (the dictatorship of the proletariat) led to the destruction of Ingushetia, its reconstruction in the form of the USSR (but already with the so-called national contradictions inherent) and social progress. All this is at the same time. A complex phenomenon that remains at the level of archetypes in modern Russian society.
Further, the collapse of the USSR took place under the sign of nationalist ideologies. Again, a sea of blood and a high probability of the destruction of Russia as a state. The goals and objectives of the collapse were by no means in the bright future of the population of the territory of Russia and the surrounding area. And quite the opposite.

And now, oddly enough, we have a lot of things that in the days of the USSR seemed unattainable at the everyday level (but now, after 25 years, this has already been forgotten by many) - all these small cars (more precisely, the ability to have all this, having earned quite legally - and not through connections somewhere), the notorious smoked sausage, and other advantages of the consumer society. There are also enough minuses - this is undoubtedly, but that is not the point. This is just a normal dialectic - who has forgotten the struggle and the unity of opposites - welcome to Yandex or Google.
Now we have a very strange phenomenon - for the first time in a long time, Russia is defending its interests, including by force, within the framework of international law. Those. is the headliner of a new version of the world order, where the international permissiveness of Malthusianism is opposed by the provided opportunity to act within the framework of international law, while extinguishing war.
