Klaus Sames, a 75-year-old professor from Hamburg, is going to be resurrected in 150 years. If, of course, it works out. The scientist plans to freeze himself in the hope that the specialists of the future can revive him. The German claims that everything is in order with his head, according to Bild.
The process that an elderly researcher plans to undergo is called cryopreservation. It consists in freezing a living organism and then restoring its biological functions. The description of this procedure sounds more than creepy.
First, the body of Klaus Sames will be cooled to minus 196 degrees. Then lawyers will be required to officially record the death of his brain. After that, the professor's assistants will have only five minutes to place his body in an ice bath (it will take 60 kilograms for the success of the operation).
If Sames' assistants are even a minute late, the grand experiment will fail - the scientist's cells will begin to decompose, and it will become impossible to bring him back to life. In case of successful completion of the second stage of cryopreservation, the body of Klaus Sames will be sent in a special refrigerator to the American city of Clinton Township, Michigan, where the headquarters of the Cryonic Institute is located.
The German has already signed a resurrection contract with her. Employees of the company will pump out the blood from the professor's veins and replace it with a special saline solution. Thus, the scientist's cells will freeze and will wait until they learn to defrost them. According to Sames, it will take humanity a century and a half.

My head is all right,”said the professor, who studied gerontology almost all his life, and since 1995 began to take an active interest in cryonics issues. For the employees of the Cryonic Institute to unfreeze his body after 150 years, Klaus Sames paid them 21 thousand euros.
