Before continuing my acquaintance with some of the cases from A. Rosales' files, I would like to dwell on the SETI program again.
On the one hand, projects like SETI are necessary and inevitable, since we try to expand our knowledge of the world around us on our own, without waiting for a hint or outside help (at least, it seems so).
On the other hand, such an event as SETI looks rather naive, and for two main reasons.
First, even assuming that intelligent life develops at approximately the same pace in different places of the Galaxy (we proceed from the assumption that life, including intelligent, is widespread enough), the probability that somewhere in the immediate vicinity will be a civilization of about our level of technical development is extremely small.
Secondly, according to the testimony of countless eyewitnesses, "abducted", etc., many hundreds, if not thousands, of different kinds of "aliens" are observed. That is, they represent at least the same number of highly developed civilizations from different worlds, "swarming" around our planet. In other words, we are trying to find in the stellar vicinity of the Sun any signs of the presence of intelligent life, using, frankly, very primitive means of communication, and, at the same time, we ignore all those numerous manifestations of different types of activity of intelligent beings that are teeming with us under nose …
At the same time, what could be the main reason for the lack of more "official" contacts with them? Even assuming that intelligent life in the galaxy develops at approximately the same pace, one cannot ignore the presence of many stars that are billions of years older than our sun, that is, civilizations older than ours by about the same amount are also possible … This difference is so huge that we talk about civilizations such a level is almost impossible to judge at all … But even if we take the difference not in billions, but "only" in millions of years, it does not change much in this sense, and such figures are most likely … We often find it difficult to understand our not so distant ancestors who lived only a few millennia ago, despite the fact that we are the same people and live on the same planet …
I'm not even talking about contemporaries, when different religious or philosophical views make mutual understanding between people, if not impossible, then extremely difficult …

Therefore, that "tacit", although often, it seems, still "benevolent" attitude towards people on the part of "aliens" should not be surprising …
But let us continue the review of sample observations in the USA, from the files of A. Rosales.
Four men digging a vein of gemstone in the Arizona desert watched as a desert-disguised apparatus landed nearby, from which two men in shorts and T-shirts, two women and three dates emerged. They carried various items, like for a picnic, children - toys, women - also food. One of the men approached the witnesses and asked what they were doing. The witnesses explained, and the man replied that he would never have been able to understand this obsession with stones … Soon after that, that group gathered their "belongings", waved goodbye to the witnesses, and flew away … (1976).

Witness of a huge and unusual looking UFO, also saw several of its inhabitants. When asked who they were, they answered: "Observers …" (1978)
The UFO abducted was shown, in particular, his house at different times, including when its construction was just beginning, and even what was on this place before him. The "aliens" looked completely humanoid and said they came from the constellation Pleiades (1980).
The witness saw a huge triangular UFO "landed" among the trees, which hung like a ghost without damaging the latter. He also briefly communicated telepathically with a UFO crew member who "told" him not to get any closer … (1987).
Abducted in a UFO by very tall "aliens" with beautiful green skin, I heard them arguing among themselves whether it should be used for breeding purposes … (1988).
Meeting with "aliens" of small stature, on whose "belt buckle" there was an emblem in the form of a "snake with wings" … (1988).
V. L - This emblem is often found on the clothes of the "aliens".
The farmer saw the "Bigfoot" emerge from the transparent formation in the form of a drop and fled into the forest … (1989).
V. L. - "space-time portal", or just a "portal" between the UFO and the Earth?..
The witness is suddenly outside in the dark with a thin, blue humanoid that "scans" her mind. Then five more people appear - four humanoid, in olive green uniforms, and the fifth, a black hairy humanoid in a long khaki coat and many pockets. Black touches the blue humanoid, and he "cringes" into a small white ball, which "hairy" put in his pocket … (1989).
The witness saw in the doorway of the UFO a blond "human" type and size, and in the window of the UFO - a sitting large hairy creature of the "Bigfoot" type … (1989).
V. L. - a very typical case when two different "aliens", including the "Bigfoot" type, were seen together in one UFO - such sightings are not uncommon, although it is not always so obvious that these creatures are together.
A witness who woke up at night saw 4 - 5 short green-gray figures near his bed. Then he felt some rounded "instrument" touch his neck, and at the same time he heard a ringing sound.
His whole life flashed before his eyes, and he had the feeling that those creatures were "pumping" information from his brain. At the same time, there was a strong smell of sulfur (1990).
V. L. - If in this case, as well as in many similar cases, something like a "pumping out" of human memory really happens, then this may mean that, at least in some such cases, the purpose may be to copy information, or maybe at the same time, copies of consciousnesses, i.e. "Shower", whatever they are?..
The Witness is told that at least 170 different types of civilizations visit the Earth … (1990).
The woman abducted in the UFO saw there three types of "humanoids" - a humanoid, which seemed to be the main one, as well as several small "gray" ones with pear-shaped heads and large black oval eyes, as well as another tall and lizard-like, with a green scaly skin and huge golden eyes … (1991)
V. L. - looks like an "international" crew, consisting of representatives of clearly different species, but perhaps representing the same supercivilization, or different friendly civilizations - an example of a galactic "friendship of peoples"?..
A worker with a partner deep underground at Edwards AFB was allegedly seen in the accidentally open door about a 3-meter figure wearing a laboratory jacket. The creature was green in color, with long knee-length arms and a large head with black eyes. It spoke with two "earth" engineers (1991).
V. L. - if it is true, then this is clearly a joint top-secret work of the American military with the "aliens" …
The UFO abducted aboard saw one of her friends sitting in a chair with a strange "structure" on his head. When asked what they were doing with him, the "aliens" replied that "everything is fine, we are giving him information" (1991).
To the witness in her bedroom, a lizard-like creature, about 180 cm tall, with rough-scaly skin of black and yellow color, with thin arms and long four fingers with membranes between them, and from which "electricity" emanated, said that they needed human beings in order to make their race stronger as it dies out … (1991).
The witness saw a flying phosphorescent figure, which, when approaching the witness, turned into a luminous ball and disappeared (1991).
A witness in her bedroom sees how a huge hairy Bigfoot picks her up and then rises with her through the ceilings and floors. She does not remember what happened to her next, except that the same creature brought her back … (1991).
The witness saw a "gray" "alien" in her bedroom. She was paralyzed, but after a while, sitting on the "couch", she experienced an orgasm. "Gray" also told her about many of the things she tried to write down. He said that they "invented new ways of sexual relations" because they "need children" … (1992).
The witness was awakened by a bright light that appeared in the window. Then a bright square or "portal" moved into the room. A medium-sized figure in a dark uniform and a helmet with a “window” emerged from the portal.
The figure stood and looked at the witness, who suddenly made a slight movement, which seemed to scare the creature, and it backed into the "portal", disappearing there. The Portal then flew off through a closed window (1993).
Commentary by A. Rosales - a similar case was before that in London. Looks like some kind of interdimensional travel.
V. L. - not necessarily "interdimensional". Perhaps this is just a way to enter enclosed spaces, etc. - something similar occurs quite often when witnesses were "moved" into UFOs in a similar way.
Abducted by one giant and several low "grays", the giant said that they are from another galaxy, and also that we are visited by various creatures, some are "good", others are "hostile" … (1993).
To the abducted woman, the 7-foot "alien", blond with blue eyes, told (there were also 4-foot creatures) that they are on the far side of the moon, where he and his race live in sublunar quarters and work in mines.
He also said that there is a lot of interaction between his race and the US government (1993).
An eyewitness saw a UFO landing, from which two Bigfoot-like creatures emerged, took soil samples, and returned to UFO (1993).
The hunter was near his tent when "a large group of aliens in camouflage suits" appeared, instantly tying him up. They did not speak to him. When the group finished their "maneuvers," they plunged into a "small silver object" that "expanded" to contain them all. After that, the object took off, transforming in shape first into a "bear", then into a "three-headed wolf", then into a "cloud" … (1994).
The witness, who woke up early in the morning, saw in the kitchen about a 1-meter gray "humanoid" playing with her cat. When the "humanoid" saw her, he looked very surprised, and immediately jumped out the window … (1995).
A husband and wife were abducted on the road. Later, under hypnosis, the wife recalled that she and her husband had been examined by almost humanoid "aliens" in uniform. According to his wife's recollections, they were invited aboard a UFO, where they were treated with care and respect. The "aliens" told her that they were here to help earthlings, but they avoided answering the question of where they came from - in their usual manner, saying "we came from there, which you don't know about yet …". About the purpose of their stay here, they said that "they help certain people, because they will help humanity." The husband also reported that the "aliens" cured him of his illness - "carpel tunnel sindrom" (1995).
V. L. - rather atypical, albeit relative, concreteness in explaining their goals here, much more often "aliens" say that "they are fulfilling a mission that people will learn about in due time" …
The witness, who was sleeping in a chair, suddenly found himself in a round object, which, after flying over some regions of the Earth, was in orbit. There he was placed in a transparent "tube or tank" filled with some kind of liquid that allowed him to breathe. Two short "gray" ones put it there, the third one watched and took some notes. Before returning, the abductee saw four different kinds of creatures together (1995).
The witness saw a strange creature with a pointed head, such as "Bigfoot", and which looked "very intelligent." They "spoke" telepathically, and the creature told her that their race was from
another dimension that studies people to find out why people are so emotional, etc.
They also study how humans reproduce. They try to keep their stay on Earth secret so as not to be discovered (1996).
Numerous witnesses saw three triangular UFOs hovering above the ground in a clearing, near which three creatures stood and talked among themselves, tall and completely covered with dense wool.
When the witnesses began to cautiously approach them (it was in the evening), the creatures seemed to sniff the air and looked in their direction. After that, they scattered to their ships, which immediately flew away with great speed. It seemed to witnesses that the ships began to lengthen during acceleration (1996).
V. L. - often in cases of cattle mutation, large hairy, ape-like creatures of the "Bigfoot" type were seen nearby, although sometimes there were quite "normal aliens".
It can be assumed that if these are not some kind of "auxiliary creatures" for ordinary "aliens", then it is quite possible that this is just a kind of "aliens" that treats any living creatures somewhat differently than people or ordinary "aliens" …
The witnesses saw in the darkness something like a luminous "portal", from which a large, humanoid creature emerged. It took him several minutes, after which the creature disappeared into the darkness. When it got out of the "portal", the latter went out, as if turned off (1997).
V. L. - another "portal" from another dimension? - It is not at all necessary, perhaps it is just such a means of transportation in our own dimension …
The witness was woken up one night by a small "gray", which allowed him to escape from the fire that started in his apartment … (1998).
V. L. - or maybe just a kind "brownie"? …
The witness was allegedly told, having invited him in a “saucer” with a dome at the top, that they were “not from another planet, but from the Earth, only from a different“frequency”or“dimension”” (1999).
A fisherman on a boat at night, off the coast of Florida, suddenly saw a huge, silent triangular object hanging above him. When a bright white ray bursting from the middle of the bottom illuminated him, dumping at the same time to the bottom of the boat, the fisherman grabbed his multi-shot carbine, and opened fire on this object. When he interrupted firing to insert a new magazine with cartridges, a hatch opened in the bottom of the apparatus, from where two leaned out and shouted to him: "Stop shooting, you idiot!" After that, the device silently flew away, and soon several black silent "helicopters" flew in the same direction … (2000).
V. L. - after all, he got the "aliens"!.. Of course, it could have been a super-secret American apparatus (from where - native speech …), although it is somewhat difficult to imagine the presence of such, and even together with the famous black silent "helicopters", which are often " shine "near places with" mutilated "cattle, etc. In other words, it looks a little too advanced for modern earth technology.
If we assume that this is the result of cooperation with "aliens" about which there are all kinds of rumors and speculations, then this, too, is a pitchfork on the water …
Well, and the last option (not bearing in mind, of course, that this story is completely invented) - it could have been real "aliens", and as for the English language - then the witness could well have been "told" telepathically - go and figure it out, with fright … or in fact it was English, as often different languages for "aliens" is not a problem …
To a witness visiting a UFO, thin gray "humanoids" are told that they are advanced two-legged animals with a "soul" (or "spirit") of demons and with a huge scientific knowledge that the people of Earth did not even begin to understand … (2001).
The abductee is told that he was not born on Earth, but is their "experiment" aimed at promoting their breeding program (more precisely, selection) … (2005).
A woman "abducted" in a triangular UFO, in particular, is told that this is a "hospital" where people with health problems are helped. This was said to her by one of the "doctors" - a completely earthy-looking woman, there was also a man who was involved in another of the many "patients."
The woman saw there many "abducted" people, as well as "gray humanoids", a lot of all kinds of "equipment", etc. (2005).
According to the clock of the abducted person in the UFO, only 5 minutes passed, although judging by his memories and feelings, hours passed during which he was examined … (2008).
The kidnapped man, who six hours later found himself lying in bed with scratches on his nose and a headache (all day), during the night it seemed that he heard the following thoughts in his head: “Everything is fine, we are scientists; the pain will soon pass; and think of it as learning …”(2009).
So, now it's time to move on to the "child" theory, as I would call it.
As follows from the numerous observations of "aliens", they are not only busy with kidnapping, etc., but very often they simply "collect" soil samples, stones, plants, etc., which somehow does not fit well with one thing. others, as well as with our ideas about what representatives of more advanced civilizations should do on Earth. However, they often do not pay any attention to the witnesses.
How can you explain such strange, seemingly meaningless actions?
Knowing practically nothing about other civilizations and suvecivilizations, one thing can be assumed for sure - they also have a generational change, even if they live for a very long time, and their children must also learn new knowledge and learn about the world around them.
If we assume that many of the observed collectors of "herbaria" are none other than the children of "aliens" who fly here on all sorts of "excursions" and "lessons", usually accompanied by their elders, then all these "repetitive" actions no longer look so meaningless.
That is, if we assume that in most such cases, only their children were observed collecting the next "herbarium" on the next planet for their "school curriculum", then this is a completely different matter …
Moreover, all the new rising generations will be doing something similar again and again …
True, in this conclusion there is all the same danger - we evaluate the observed, according to our logic and experience, how we understand it, what can be a delusion …
It is not uncommon to mention the observation of "older aliens" accompanied by younger ones, and often smaller ones.
That is, in many cases, all these “collectors” are not scientific researchers (why should they investigate again and again for all these millennia!..), but just children …
As for abductions, "medical experiments", etc., when there are observations of "aliens" of the same type, but clearly of different heights, and when one "big" and several "small" ones were observed, then these can also be representatives of the younger generation, only older in age, and who are already learning more complex things.
At the same time, higher beings usually simply observe the actions of the lesser (younger?), Who work with different "equipment" and directly deal with the abducted, and also often telepathically calm people …
Of course, in our country such things as exploring new places, space, etc., are not associated with the participation of children, and even adolescents, with very rare exceptions.
As for the "aliens" who have gone far ahead, the picture there may not be quite the same.
Here are some examples from the same files by A. Rosales.
While picking apples, the witness fell down the stairs and severely injured her leg, unable to move or call for help. She was then approached by two figures, tall and low. Up close, it was clear that they were not human. They began to treat her leg with an incomprehensible device, and after 15 minutes the leg was in perfect order. The higher being had the voice of an adult woman, the smaller one had the voice of a child … (USA, 1976).
The witness saw a humanoid figure emerge from the bushes from which the UFO had just departed, behind which there were five more similar, but shorter figures. The group went in formation towards the desert, and disappeared in the distance … (USA, 1977).
Witnesses saw 10 to 12 lights, 2 of which landed. After that, they saw many small figures roaming and flying around the area. They also saw a taller figure than the others, standing near the fire on the hill, and who called the rest of the smaller figures to her. After about five minutes, the small figures again dispersed to the surroundings … (USA, 1977).
In conclusion of this article, I would only like to note that in fact the number of UFO-realities may be greater. Perhaps the two considered are just more obvious …
