Why are we interested in it? Because this is the ability that can, almost without fear of consequences, bestow on all people on Earth.

Our everyday world is very cruel. Rather, the rules of survival in it are cruel.
Imagine two people with knives standing opposite each other. They are equally strong as they have the same physique. They are equally adept at using a knife.
They are opponents to each other. They have to fight among themselves. However, one person tries to kill his opponent, while the second tries to defeat him without killing him. Who will win?
Unfortunately, whoever tries to kill is more likely to win. He does not need to hold back, unlike the second. So he can swing the knife freely.
The soldier in the army is brought up just like that (as murderers). If you meet an opponent as strong as yourself, kill him or you will be killed. That is, you will be held back and killed. This is our world. That's how people are. This is the brutal reality.

Now imagine that all soldiers fighting in a hot spot have this ability. Let's say, on the one hand, people with firearms are at war, and on the other, people with tranquilizers, which put them to sleep when hit. Since the ability shows a threat to life, the latter will know exactly where the ambush is, where the enemy's snipers are. The enemy will not be able to see anything, since the tranquilizer does not kill, which means that their ability will not work.
Now let's leave the battles and move on to normal life. Let's imagine that all people have this ability. What will happen then?
Example. Somewhere in the alley there are robbers-robbers who are ready to kill in order to take money, phone and other valuables from passers-by. A passer-by will be able to see the danger and decide to simply not walk through this alley. So the robbers will be left with nothing.
Another example. Someone who is ready to kill will want to rob your apartment by burglary and armed assault. But since the resident knows the future, he can call the police in advance. So the police can arrive at the very moment when the potential killer approached the victim's door.
So it turns out. All people have the ability, but it changed the world so that the killers became weak.
There are many criminals in our time. If there were people who could distribute superpowers to all people, then the criminals would also receive them. Then they could use them to harm.
However, this ability correctly can, on the contrary, make criminals weaker. And the ability to see a threat to life in the future is a clear example of this. It simply changes the harsh reality and makes people unable to kill stronger and more successful killers.
Therefore, we can conclude that this unique ability can be gifted to everyone without fear. On the contrary, she can make this world a better place.
