Such stories are not isolated. Researchers of mysterious phenomena have collected several thousand facts of various manifestations of poltergeist over a long time. Many of the testimonies of the affected people have been documented and have become textbook examples of unexplained phenomena.
Very often, the tricks of the poltergeist are painted in bloody tones. For example, for several months under the roof of the house of Claire and her teenage daughter, Susan, there lived an invisible evil entity that cruelly tormented them and turned the measured family life into a real nightmare.
One day Susan was doing her school homework, her mother was reading a book - a common evening scene in the family home. But something was wrong, there was someone else in the living room, his invisible presence was felt.
Suddenly, peace and tranquility were disturbed. Susan's head fell back abruptly, her tongue out of her mouth. She began to writhe and convulse, then got up from the chair and began to circle around the room, like a person in whom evil spirits have entered. It seemed that Susan was in an unconscious state and did not realize what she was doing. Her mother, Claire, tried to calm her 15-year-old daughter, although she internally realized that nothing could help her. This was one of the more chilling pieces of evidence that a poltergeist decided to take up residence in their home. Then events began to take an even more terrifying turn. For several nights after that, everything was calm. And then Nina Petrovna was again awakened by Vlada's hoarse groan. The mother ran into her daughter's room, quickly lit the night light: the picture that appeared before her horrified her. Vlada seemed to be fighting with someone, struggling desperately, her whole shirt was tattered, her shoulders were scratched, her hair was disheveled, her face was bloodshot, as if severely suffocated. As soon as the pink light of the night lamp lit up, Vlada instantly calmed down, settled back comfortably on the bed and did not even wake up.
Nina Petrovna no longer tried to turn off the night light. Apparently, "it" has chosen a place for itself in it! As soon as it was extinguished, “it” pounced on Vlad with anger.
Nina Petrovna began leafing through the literature on unusual phenomena and, in the end, read in one of the books how to get rid of the poltergeist who had settled in the house.
That evening, Vlada and her friends went to a disco and had to return home quite late. Nina Petrovna put on leather gloves, tied her hair tightly with a nylon kerchief, and tied a thick scarf around her neck. Then she went into her daughter's bedroom and turned off the night light. Immediately, an invisible something appeared, she firmly grabbed her hands and carried it to the kitchen. Something squealed, scratched and bit, but Nina Petrovna held on to her prey. In the kitchen, she threw evil spirits behind the gas stove, saying: "Live here, don't go anywhere, don't harm anyone, this is your place." After that some kind of fuss was heard behind the stove, but then everything calmed down. Vlada returned late, immediately went to bed and slept peacefully until morning. The poltergeist didn't bother her anymore.

But not always magic rituals help to cope with evil spirits. Some time ago, parapsychologists were dealing with the case of a young Spanish woman named Karla, who lived in eastern France. The unhappy woman became the target of a truly terrible poltergeist. She was regularly subjected to violent attacks, such as frequently receiving punches in the stomach, culminating in deep mesh cuts that suddenly appeared on her shoulders and hips.
French doctors at first thought that the woman inflicted wounds on herself in a fit of hysteria, but, in the end, came to the conclusion that they were dealing with a real poltergeist. A team of parapsychologists conducted a study of the phenomenon and saw with their own eyes wounds spontaneously appearing on a woman's body.
In addition, while the researchers were in Karla's house, their instruments were constantly broken, and the tapes mysteriously deteriorated. Thermometers showed 80 degrees Fahrenheit in selected rooms in the middle of the night with the heating turned off, while outside temperatures dropped to 20 degrees below zero.
When control over the temperature was established, monstrous changes were revealed in 72 hours, moreover, horizontal cracks appeared on the thermometer, which technically could not be repeated.
Parapsychologists tried to get in touch with an invisible entity using a rotating glass. They soon succeeded. The creature called itself Henry, and then appeared before the researchers in all its ghostly "beauty".
Unfortunately, communication with the poltergeist did not contribute to his desire to leave the house. Therefore, Karla and her husband Thierry gave up and left, leaving the house empty, unless, of course, you count the uninvited guest.
As soon as the hype associated with the invisible attacks in France subsided in the press, the evil invisible creatures appeared in Africa. A previously unremarkable high school in the South African town of Rietfontein on the border with Namibia became famous for the mischief of mysterious ghosts who, according to local sorcerers, came from the Kalahari Desert.
The first to be attacked by the invisible Medi Snyders. According to her stories, once in class she felt severe pain in her arms and legs. Her parents took her for an X-ray examination. It showed that metal needles were stuck in places where pain was felt! They were removed surgically, but no one believed the girl's story that she did not know who exactly stuck the needles into her body.
Moreover, Medi began to be teased. As a result, she had to transfer to another school. The strange story was immediately forgotten, but suddenly she recalled herself with an extraordinary incident: five female students of the same school suddenly had scratches on their bodies, as if someone had passed sharp claws over their hands and feet. Moreover, the clothes were not damaged.
To investigate this unusual case, Colonel Cobus Jonker, head of the police department for occult crimes, arrived at the school. He interviewed the victims and made the following conclusion: “The police have nothing to do here. This should be done by local church officials."
