On Monday, April 29, a sensational message appeared in the official account of the Indian army that on April 9, 2019, while patrolling the area around the Makalu base camp in the Himalayas, the military found traces of a "Bigfoot" or some similar creature:
The footprints were reported to be 32X15 inches, which is approximately 80X40 centimeters. It is not very clear, of course, what dimensions we are talking about and logically it can be assumed that 80 centimeters is the distance between the tracks, and 40 centimeters is like the length of the foot.
However, as far as can be seen from the images, Bigfoot's trail crosses the trail left by a group of Indian military personnel. Comparison of these footprints makes one think that 80 centimeters is just the foot length of a mythical creature. In this case, we are no longer talking about the Yeti, about some kind of King Kong.
There is a certain dependence of the length of the foot on the height of a person:
As you can see, the table ends at 27 centimeters, but if you continue it, then a creature with a foot 80 centimeters long should have a height of about 6 meters! Such dimensions do not appear in any description of the Yeti.
Now the question arises: what is it? Fake Indian military? It is very difficult to believe in this, because even the Ministry of Defense of Honduras is still the Ministry of Defense, and India is not Honduras, but a country with nuclear weapons. That is, any fakes on the part of the military are unacceptable (unless, of course, we are talking about the battle with Pakistan for air supremacy).

The news is reported by the BBC, which is also quite strange - the BBC is a very serious news resource and if there are fakes there, it is only about the landing of the Americans on the moon, which was technically impossible in 1970.
On the other hand, a 6-meter-tall creature must weigh more than a ton, so the footprints must be deep, pressing through the soil. In addition, there should be obvious support on the heel, that is, the dent from it should be deeper. This is not observed.
In light of the above, we do not know for sure how to interpret the news. It looks more like not a Yeti, but a preparation of the brains of the public for the presentation of a sensation of this kind, during which all "academics" will refer to these traces. For example, the BBC will report that King Kong or something like that has been caught in Vietnam. So we are following the development of events.
