The Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, where he lives and where I visited him in May, is an interesting place and attracts both ufologists and tourists with archaeological finds. This Indian told me about some strange finds in the impenetrable and dangerous thickets of the Yucatan jungle. According to archaeologists, about a thousand abandoned settlements are located in places where the Indians do not always make their way.
June 28, 2005. A huge red glowing UFO was spotted northwest of the coast of Puerto Rico.
Much has already been written about the "Mayan astronaut", about the ancient relief of a vanished civilization. The Mexico City Museum of Anthropology also has more mysterious exhibits. The year before, I had also visited the island of Puerto Rico, about which interesting stories are told among ufologists. There is a connection between Yucatan and the island of Puerto Rico, and we know something about it.
El Yonke - in Russian means "Anvil". Unlike the Mexicans, the local population is very cold-blooded about the strange events taking place on the island of Puerto Rico. Those of the locals who come with us to talk about UFO sightings over Puerto Rico will certainly mention the massive El Yonque mountain range and say that it is from there that mysterious objects appear. This area is officially called the Experimental Tropical Forest (ETL) "Luchio". It is one of a kind and is managed by the US Forest Service. It is difficult to describe El Yonke in a nutshell: mountain peaks, forever shrouded in clouds and overgrown with forest. El Yonke is 1,041 feet high. The Taino Indians, who inhabited the island before the Spanish invasion, worshiped the mist-shrouded mountain, considering it a manifestation of their deity Yuncius. There is a hypothesis that the mountains,and the island was known to the ancient Maya, who steered their long canoes to the land of Ahacatl, or Turtle's Back Island. The travels of the Indians were not expeditions, but a pilgrimage. El Yonke is located near the Bermuda Triangle, which is interesting in itself.
It is fun to wander through the thickets of the Experimental Rainforest during the day, but at night it is not well known. Although nocturnal abductions are sometimes associated with underground UFO bases, the huntsmen explain everything simply by the carelessness of tourists. Missing tourists disappear forever. The island saw high UFO activity in 1972 and 1974. One group was surrounded at night in the depths of the forest by strange hairy karls, moving at incredible speed. My guide to the island told me that the carls looked like exhibits in a Mexican museum. And UFOs spotted over Puerto Rico were captured on film. from the roof of a skyscraper (the background for advertising rum was removed). Flying saucers hit local television screens. Subsequently, UFOs were observed in the Marikao area, and excellent photographs were captured near a major police TV station.

In Central America, there are rumors of "battles" between the US military and "los extraterrestres" (aliens). Military interest in the island is great. The abyss of the deep sea was used for training bombing by naval aviation (near Puerto Rico). Occasionally, military fighters pursue annoying UFOs; In January 1992, fighter jets drove a bright red object into swampy waters near the suburb of San Juan, where the object crashed.
