Turkish ufologists from the popular Ufo Turkiye community in their homeland published a video that quickly spread across many resources of the World Wide Web. The sensational video, which has collected millions of views on various sites, shows a huge dark disc in the sky. An unidentified flying object slowly moves above the ground, occasionally hiding behind the clouds, and therefore many people have witnessed this amazing phenomenon.
Skeptics, of course, ask a quite natural question: what if it was an ordinary airship? Their guess, however, is incorrect. A UFO appeared over the city of Gaziantep on April 16 this year. Ufologists specifically contacted the local air service to determine if anyone had asked them for permission to fly the airship that day. It turned out not.
According to Turkish law, any non-military aircraft is obliged to report its intentions to navigate the airspace over a particular city. However, the pilots of the alien ship would hardly have asked such permission from the Turkish authorities.
