A Hawaiian resident over the mountains in Kona Bay caught a flying saucer on camera at noon on October 23, 2016.
Setting the camera to continuous shooting, he took several photographs of the surrounding mountains. Then, looking at his pictures on a computer, he found that one of them was not like the others.
A strange flying object appeared on the right side of the photo near the summit in the ridge.
“At first I thought it was wood shavings stuck on my lens, but when I looked closer, I realized I had caught a UFO,” an eyewitness said in a statement to the World UFO Network (MUFON) the next day. "I don't really believe in UFO stories, but it struck me very hard."
According to the author of the picture, when he enlarged the photo, he saw that the object was yellow-orange in color and resembled a disk with a dome on top.
The young man was so excited that he decided to seek advice from his family members.
“As soon as I realized that it was not wood shavings, I felt a strong sense of dread. I showed the photo to my brother and father, but they didn't seem to be bothered at all,”added an eyewitness.
