Forest fires are a well-known, although not one hundred percent sign of incipient volcanic activity. Sometimes fires start on their own, but sometimes the rising magma dries the plants over a long distance, the soil gets very hot in patches and a spark is enough to make the forest burst into flames. Is it possible that magmatic movement began under California and forest fires are associated with this?
In the area of the Long Valley caldera, tremors are constantly observed, seismologists no longer have enough numbers to count them. Earthquakes in the San Andreas Fault have also become more frequent this year. Finally, in September, California experienced a so-called "dry storm" of 40,000 lightning, which is often the harbinger of an earthquake.
Thus, all the physical signs of an imminent large tectonic event in California are present. However, in addition to underwater volcanoes off the coast of California, there is an associated chain of volcanoes opposite the coast of Oregon, which borders California in the North.
We are talking about a chain of underwater volcanoes that form the oceanic ridge of Juan de Fuca and are the border of the lithospheric plate of the same name:
In April of this year, that is, simultaneously with the increase in seismic activity in California, volcanoes along the Juan de Fuca ridge also began to erupt. Several new bottom craters appeared, from where lava splashed and boiling water was flowing, killing everything around with poisonous gases.

However, it somehow coincided that simultaneously with the beginning of the fires in California, all webcams installed along the Juan de Fuca ridge stopped working. This is due to the fact that the cameras are out of order or they were simply turned off - no one knows. But this is very strange.
First, it's strange because California is a much more densely populated area than Oregon, but there are no cameras in the Ocean opposite the coast. Or they tell everyone that they are not there, but they are there and the USGS monitors them around the clock.
Secondly, it's also strange because cameras on a nearby volcanic ridge stop working at the same time as volcanic eruptions in the Ocean - directly opposite the California coast.
However, thirdly, and what is most surprising - the day before, a massive movement of helicopters and transport aircraft from the east coast to the west was observed throughout the United States. That is, to California.
Perhaps these airlifts and volcanic activity off the coast have something to do with it? And so successfully flashed fires - a great way to carry out an evacuation under a plausible pretext and cordon off a dangerous region where the tectonic plate is about to creep apart at the seams?
