There is a concept of "memory depth". I even feel that invisible threshold, beyond which famous historical events end and descriptions of human existence begin, which can only be considered as assumptions.

On old maps, the configuration of the continents is completely different than today. Geological scientist A. I. Barashkov wrote: “The Black Sea did not connect with the Mediterranean, since there was no Dardanelle Strait, and the Black Sea water level was a hundred meters lower than its present one.

The breakthrough of the isthmus of the Dardanelles was caused by an earthquake of monstrous force. Scientists have not yet come to a consensus on the timing of this disaster. If the Black and Azov seas are depicted on ancient maps in wide stripes (and not as spots, as now), then the Kuban (Pirflegeton) and Don (Acheront) merged into one river. And to this day, folk memory no, no, yes, and will call the Don the sea:

A good fellow was staggering, lying around, Staggered, clung to the quiet Don, The good fellow cried out in his loud voice:

Who is the carrier here at sea?..

In the west, the Danube (die Donau) flows into the Black Sea. In ancient Slavic legends, the Danube is also called the sea, beyond which, according to legend, there is a land with innumerable riches. Data on multiple fluctuations in the level of the earth's surface in this area also speak for an unprecedented catastrophe. L. N. Gumilyov in his book "Ethnogenesis and the Earth's Biosphere" we read that during the eight hundred years described, the northern Caspian lands rose to +18 and dropped to -26 meters from sea level (± 44 meters !!! Such fluctuations without a serious reason do not happen without serious consequences do not pass).

Oscillations were noted not only in the described area. Geographers have established that the level of Lake Issyk-Kul also underwent changes. It was 60-80 meters higher and 200-250 meters lower from the modern one. The only thing that makes me doubt the time frame (five to six thousand years) in which scientists set these fluctuations. After all, if these Oscillations of Issyk-Kul were simultaneously with the Mediterranean ones, then in this case we can say that a very big, almost grandiose catastrophe has occurred.

My confidence is also strengthened by many testimonies about this cataclysm: about dozens of cities (Herculaneum, Polygium, Canopus, Menutis.) And islands that sank in antiquity, that is, quite recently, during the Santorini eruption.

Everyone knows, for example, the island of Tira, which now lies at the bottom of the sea just opposite the described lands. Plato considered Tira to be the last paradise on Earth. The philosopher wrote: “There was a strong earthquake, and then a flood. Day and night the elements raged, and … the island disappeared into the depths of the sea. For one day and one night, the eruption of the volcano continued, the earth opened up, giant tsunami waves moved to Tire from the islands of Minos and Crete, a hundred kilometers from Tira. The waves destroyed cities, temples and palaces, burying all Minoan culture beneath them.

How long has this eruption happened? Nobody knows for sure. At first, the estimated date was considered 11,800 BC, then it was customary to consider three and a half thousand years BC, then they began to talk about one and a half thousand, and in May 2006 the results of research of European archaeologists were broadcast on Radio Liberty, they reduced the period by another thousand years old. So, you look, and we'll get to the truth.

I sometimes think about Crimea. Even today, living there is not sugar. In almost all cities and towns, there is an enormous shortage of water. On hot summer days, water is sometimes provided only for two to three hours a day, even in cities. How can you live in such conditions? But people did not appear in Crimea today. Did they really settle in places, knowing in advance that they would experience a shortage of the most precious thing for a person - water, without which, according to science, a person would not live for three days? My version is this: people have lived there since time immemorial; the geological cataclysm that occurred raised the earth's surface in this area (while the groundwater system was disturbed), a peninsula was formed (possibly formerly a small island), surrounded by sea waters.

As confirmation of this, N. A. Shvanev writes: “It was during this period that the Kalamite layers were covered with gravel-pebble deposits. At the same time, in the deep-sea zone of the Black Sea, limestone is deposited on black silt, containing 3-6 times more debris. At the same time, the transition from one conditions of sedimentation to another was in the nature of a rather rapid catastrophe, and it happened very recently”.

And people continued to live where they lived, adapting to existence already in new conditions, including water shortage.

There are many roads in the Alps that rose along with the landscape during mountain building and now lie high in the mountains. Naturally, road breaks appeared during mountain building. Modern scientists do not even discuss this topic, taking it for granted that pieces of the road have disappeared without a trace. But one should think about how pieces of roads (not mountain paths, but full-fledged paved freight roads in the ancient Roman style) could appear in places beyond the clouds, completely unthinkable for laying.

Some scientists already speculate that the Alps did not exist on the European continent until recently. Evgeny Gabovich in his wonderful book Who Were the Romans Really? expresses interesting doubts, I regard them as confirmation of my hypothesis: “The bare-footed Roman legionaries, shod in sandals, left the warm climate of Central and Northern Italy (however, in the latter I had to walk knee-deep in snow in winter, and not even in the mountains, but the cities of Lombardy covered with snow!), crossed, as historians say, through the snow-covered Alps, then not yet penetrated by tunnels and highways, and conquered half of Europe.

And as soon as the obstinate Germans or Celts rose up and defeated a couple of Roman legions, at a high-speed pace new legions of heavily armed and burdened with a military baggage train rushed in single file along the mountain paths through the Alps and restored order in the distance from Italy for many hundreds, or even thousands of kilometers subject lands. And they did not have any particular difficulties.

It was during Suvorov's time that crossing the Alps was so difficult that his famous alpine campaign was not called anything other than heroic. But for the Roman legions, it was so commonplace that historians do not really bother themselves with appropriate descriptions about the technique of overcoming this "small" obstacle. And not only the Roman legions, but their numerous enemies, no particular obstacle in the face of the Alps had.

First, it should be noted that each "Roman" soldier had to carry his own food, which consisted of 30 kg of wheat or barley grain and 0.75 kg of salt as a basic ration. In addition, barley was transported on carts for draft and cavalry horses (about 270 tons) and various equipment. As a result, according to G. Gaise, each cart weighed about a ton and was not well suited for crossing the Alps along mountain paths.

Imagine a "Roman" legion, stretching for ten to fifteen kilometers, walking in single file on a mountain path leading to one of the mountain passes located high in the mountains.

Let this happen not in spring or autumn (we are afraid to even think about winter), but in summer, at the very height of the tourist season, so to speak. All the same, in this human snake stretching for many kilometers, here and there all sorts of incidents must occur: the soldier twisted his leg, the horse fell off the embankment, the wheel of the cart broke, then the stone fell off the cliff. And every time there is a stop, a discussion of the incident begins and the search for a way out of this situation begins.

Meanwhile, those in the back must stop to wait for the obstacle to be cleared, and those in front must be stopped so as not to stretch the legion even further. No sooner had the obstacle been removed and no sooner had the legion set in motion again than a new problem arose elsewhere. The Legion does not go over the mountains, but in the literal sense of the word crawls at a snail's pace.

I'm not talking about stops for. eating and coping with other physiological needs, for which the mountains are extremely poorly adapted, if we are talking about tens of thousands of people and horses crawling to the pass at the same time. But historians claim that, if necessary, Rome sent not one, but many legions to other countries! And it’s really scary to think about how these thousands of people will settle down for the night along the filthy mountain path on the outskirts of the pass.

With all this, we have not even remembered yet about living in the mountains and knowing them much better than the Italo-Romans hostile to the latter Celtic tribes and their warriors. Well, at least once in the entire history of the Roman Empire, they should have ambushed and defeated the hated "Romans"! Remember the Indians and their numerous ambushes against white Americans armed with guns and how they were shot by Indian archers! But no, history is silent about any difficulties, experienced in the Alps by numerous "Roman" legions."

Is it because the army of Moses moved so easily because the Alps did not exist at that time.

And, concluding the conversation about the young age of the Alps, such information for thought: since 1993, a Franco-Swiss scientific expedition has been working in the Alps. She is looking for the remains of ancient Roman roads. She has already found 22 fragments and many lost items dating from the late 13th century and beyond!

Recently I found the following information on the Internet: “During underwater research at the bottom of the Black Sea, not far from the Turkish city of Sinop, oceanographer Robert Ballard discovered the remains of an ancient, previously unknown civilization (well, this is understandable, every archaeologist, having found at least a pen from pot, immediately announces that he has found an unknown civilization and it is in no way less than a couple, or even three million years old. - Author). During the universal flood, the Mediterranean Sea overflowed its shores and flooded everything around. In an interview with National Geographic Magazine, Robert Ballard calls his find "incredible and unique."

He says that the objects he found are well preserved. Among them are wooden sculptures and stone tools, which have traces of the earth. Ballard is amazed that everything he found is in such excellent condition (why would it be if the objects are millions of years old? - Auth.). "It looks like perfectly rolled canned food", - he laughs. At the same time, the ruins of the city, found by Ballard, are located on one of the deepest places in the Black Sea. The find also made a great impression on theologians. Now everything that is written about the flood in the sacred texts, will be supported by scientific evidence."

The human consciousness is cunningly arranged: we know perfectly well about the death of many cities … and we know that these were the policies of the ancient, and not the most ancient time, but so that it would be clear in the mind that a geological cataclysm was recently, before which the earth's surface had completely different outlines - does not work. Again and again we tell our students about Jason, sailing on the "Argo" along the waves of the Black Sea, which we represent within its present-day borders.

We look at the ubiquitous (stretching from Athens to the Caucasian Colchis) ruins of ancient Greek temples and palaces - and we do not think at all why the beautiful cities of antiquity turned into ruins overnight. We blame the "merciless time". What a tricky time: it turned ancient cities into ruins in an instant, in an instant and everything at once.

READER! Looking at the ruins of antiquity, REMEMBER THAT A RECENT GEOLOGICAL DISASTER TURNED INTO THE RUINS OF THESE CITIES!

The second catastrophe (in his other materials, the author writes that it was a comet fall) left an imprint on the entire appearance of economic, socio-political, ideological, practical, technical, craft, scientific, artistic, moral, religious, philosophical, national-folk, everyday relations of mankind - that is, to the entire earthly culture.

Thus, we can safely say: "We are the children of the last disaster." Humanity came to its senses, and after one or two centuries there was a sharp growth of cities - from the western outskirts of Europe to the Russian Volga.

Traditional history dates the growth of cities to the 13th century. But it must be remembered that the formation of cities is an indispensable attribute of the progressive development of human society and evidence of the growth of the population. According to the official doctrine, in the ancient period, cities grew in accordance with the normal development of society, and then for more than a thousand years the growth of cities stopped, and then suddenly a sharp leap. No, this does not happen, history does not tolerate illogical.

But the official version of the development of our civilization consists entirely of absurdities. We will talk about this in other articles.
