History is something that attracts many people for a good reason. Everything from our past shapes us as we are today. The Orient Express was launched in 1883 when the demand for trade across Europe was very high. The railroad was a big deal that traveled thousands of rugged miles, making passenger travel safe and easy to opposite ends of Europe. The railway was in operation until 2007, when its last train was permanently stopped. Many of the trains that ran on the Orient Express were taken out of service over the years and scattered or left to rot. One of the few remaining trains was found abandoned at the train station, giving us a glimpse into the opulent past of the Orient Express.

The abandoned train was discovered in Belgium by a photographer named Brian, who was attracted by its unique beauty.

The details on this train are exquisite and you can tell that this was a trip reserved for the rich over 100 years ago. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to travel around Europe on the Great Orient Express.

Just imagine the views you will get as you travel over 1000 miles through the most beautiful parts of Europe. You can relax in a luxurious lounge with the best amenities available for your relaxation. I can only imagine the experiences and stories to be told along the way. You can almost feel the vibrations and smells of the past as you gaze at the now rusting and decaying walls of this beautiful piece of forgotten art.
