As sources of information, both open data are used (social networks, media publications, advertisements for the sale of goods, services, reviews of the full name and phone number, forums and websites), and provided test databases of offenses (traffic accidents, detentions, police registration, being in contact with arrested persons, administrative violations, being on the list of debtors, etc.).
Ultimately, the citizen receives an assessment that takes into account his potential social and criminal danger. According to the developers, while this system will not be used to compile a political rating of Russians, but it can be useful to banks, insurance companies, educational institutions and employers.
