In one of my articles, I talked about the fact that the world consists of three modes - goodness, passion and ignorance. The most comfortable for a person is, of course, the mode of goodness. Today I would like to tell you more about it.

Rich and unhappy

The mode of goodness is the most comfortable state for a person. If in the mode of ignorance a person lives in the past, in the mode of passion - in the future, then in the mode of goodness he is happy here and now. He likes everything, he is in complete harmony with the world. There are no regrets, panic, hysterics, the person is pleased with himself and others.

Moreover, this state does not directly depend on wealth, success in life, the presence or absence of personal life. You can be a superstar or a millionaire, but constantly feel depressed (i.e. fall into the mode of ignorance), try to get rid of the emptiness in your soul with alcohol, drugs, etc. It is enough to look at how many rich and famous people committed suicide to realize that there was no goodness in their lives at all.

Surely each of you noticed that it often happens that the same event can cause you a different reaction. Sometimes something knocks us completely off track, causes panic, we do stupid things that we later regret. But sometimes this same factor goes completely unnoticed. For example, say your child gets three deuces in the week or is yelled at by his boss at work. When your mood is at zero, then these events cause a chain of gloomy thoughts, you see the most terrible future - the child will not finish school and turn into a drug addict, you will be fired from your job, and you will be left without means of subsistence. All this causes even darker thoughts and consequences - you start to conflict with the child, or make even more mistakes at work.

When you are in a good mood, then all this does not cause such a reaction - just think, a deuce, we will fix everything, soon he will receive three fives. In general, in ten years the school and these two marks will remain in the distant past.

Or - just think, the boss shouted, I am an excellent worker, now I will do everything right, and I will also receive a bonus. That is, the events are the same - but the reaction is completely different.

Needless to say, people who live in the mode of goodness always achieve more in life, successfully get along with people, with their family, with children, loved ones?

How to get into the mode of goodness?

Naturally everyone would like to be in the mode of goodness. How can I do that? First of all, of course, on a simple physical level. A person should choose blissful food - clean water, honey, milk, nuts, cereals, fruits and vegetables (by the way, it is important to know that every food is also in one guna or another, fatty foods, for example, in the mode of ignorance, and energy drinks - in the mode of passion).

Secondly, you need to know how to ground, and in the literal sense. Walk more barefoot on the ground, try to absorb the natural goodness that is in trees, water bodies, forests.

Meditation, yoga classes, spiritual practices, prayers, trips to temples, etc. help a lot to fall into a blissful state. Moreover, it doesn't matter what religious denomination you belong to - if certain rituals help you live, then use it. All these rituals have evolved over the centuries, and they really help to get into the guna of goodness and get rid of the heaviness on the soul and head. They include just good things - soulful music, pleasant smells of incense, candle fire, etc.

A very important factor for entering the guna of goodness is the ability to filter out your information flow. For this, all negative states and thoughts should literally not be allowed into consciousness. That is, do not immerse yourself from morning until night in some terrible news in the media, programs in which someone quarrels with someone and sort out the relationship, do not delve into other people's conflicts, disputes, avoid those who dump their or someone else's negative.

This is your consciousness, and it depends on you how you will spend your life - being unhappy with everything or in a state of happiness and goodness …
