Interview with Pavel Khailov, ufologist and author of three books about UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations.
- Pavel, hello. Please tell us how long have you been doing ufological research and how did it start?
- Good day! I have been doing ufological research since 1990, that is, for 28 years. It all started since I had the opportunity to attend the performances - the reports of the first ufologists in the city of Vladivostok. At that time, everything was just beginning. However, in 1990, ufologists were already aware of cases of abduction of certain people by alien humanoids for medical research. People were returned every time.
I was then greatly surprised by the limitless abilities of the aliens. From personal items, they could learn everything about a person, and instead of close relatives, they could substitute biorobots - absolutely similar copies of a person. I developed an interest in this mysterious topic and began to collect information from various sources.
- Have you personally witnessed UFOs and visited anomalous zones associated with them?
- I had to observe a UFO three times from a distance of about a kilometer. Each time they were different objects. The first time I saw a UFO at night in 1995 in the Urals in the village of Malysheva: the object flew completely silently, the body was dark, from above it had a flasher with a red intermittent light, from below there was just a lantern that glowed with a constant white light.
The second time I saw a UFO in my garden in the Tver region on an August evening in 1998. The object in the form of a small bright yellow ball flew noiselessly from the direction of the military airfield Dorokhovo. I believe that it was a reconnaissance mini-probe of aliens of the supervising civilizations. All military facilities are under their control.
And the third time I saw a UFO in the form of an oval in the evening of 2014. The object flew in a latitudinal direction, also silently.

- In your book "Extraterrestrial Civilizations" you assert that intelligent forces of extraterrestrial origin really exist and give a description of representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations who have visited and are still visiting Earth. What sources did you get this information from?
- The sources of information are very different. In general, since 1991, there has been a whole wave of anomalous information: a lot of ufological literature, magazines and newspapers on anomalous topics have appeared. On TV channels there were many programs on the topic of UFOs. But in addition to data from the press, I had to independently collect information on our region - interviews of UFO eyewitnesses, conversations with contactees, investigation of cases of abductions. It was very interesting to work. It's better than our detectives.
- How many contactees have you communicated with, and how to determine that this is really a contactee, and not a dreamer?
- The contactees with whom I spoke are often extraordinary people. Many have developed extrasensory abilities (telepathy, clairvoyance, telekinesis, magnetism). All of them are mentally balanced and adequate people. None of them wants to become famous. And in general, they do not want to be known about them. This is the first sign that they are not lying. The second sign is that the events that take place near them are observed not only by themselves, but also by neighbors and relatives. What is the point for them to invent something?
- What is the basis of your proposed classification of extraterrestrial civilizations? What are the criteria for determining the level of development of civilization?
- My classification is based on the definition of the level of development by the energy state of the individual. There is no single criterion or feature here. This is an integrated approach to the topic under study. A complex of features that complement each other is considered. I will not list all the signs, I will name only a few:
- the degree of realization of extrasensory abilities (development of the biofield of the Mind);
- the ability to quickly change the shape of the body;
- the degree of rarefaction of the body matter;
- the nature and power of the bioenergy glow, the energy spectra and the energy quality of an intelligent being;
- management of incarnations, aging and body rejuvenation;
- ways to move in space;
- methods of landing on the surface of the planet;
- Kind of activity;
- habitat;
- way of eating;
- ways of communication and information transfer;
- type of thinking.
All these signs (I do not decipher them in detail) show us the level of development of an intelligent being and, as a whole, of the entire civilization. I advise you to read my second book “Extraterrestrial Civilizations. An attempt at scientific analysis”, where this classification system is similarly described from a scientific point of view, and much will become clear.
- In your opinion, what is the most important feature of representatives of highly developed extraterrestrial civilizations?
- In short, this is external modesty and a rich inner world, as well as love for all living beings in space. There is no one important feature here, all the details are important.
- How often do aliens visit our planet and what traces do they leave?
- Supervising civilizations visit our planet very often and regularly. The squads are constantly changing. We can say that representatives of the Curators are here all the time. Other civilizations that are not related to the creation of humanity, usually from among the neutral forces, occasionally visit Earth for scientific research purposes.
They are interested in everything on Earth - from flora and fauna to humans. They are given 1–2 days for research, no more. They have no right to leave traces. By their visits, they should not disrupt the natural course of life of people and other living beings, that is, they must observe cosmic laws.
Sometimes, after taking a sample or taking a substance at the site of a UFO landing, people find strange holes and wells. Very rarely, traces of landing supports, scorched grass, abnormal changes in the gravitational field and changes in the course of time remain at the landing site. Usually it is very difficult to find any traces, since they are recorded only by instruments.
- What are the main goals of the expeditions of extraterrestrial civilizations to Earth?
- The main goals of the arrival of the Curators' teams are environmental monitoring of the Earth's surface, identifying dangerous processes, correcting human development, monitoring the safety of nuclear weapons and nuclear power plants, as well as the general safety of the Earth from outside influences. In addition, Curators regularly conduct random checkups of people to identify unwanted trends. People are always returned.
Some civilizations arrive in search of rare mineral raw materials, looking for chemical elements necessary for production, which they do not have. Gray-skinned dwarfs were busy on Earth saving their bodies, as their race is dying out at the physical level - genetic degradation after catastrophes on their planets. But at present, gray-skinned dwarfs were asked to completely get off the Earth (they used to fly very often).
- Perhaps, the question of the layman: is it possible to distinguish an alien in an ordinary city crowd?
- Usually, in the event that aliens are among people, they try to merge with the crowd and do not reveal themselves to anything. At least in order not to disturb their peace of mind. Some humanoid races are no different from humans. That is, having dressed in our usual clothes, they will not stand out in any way. An alien can only be calculated through personal acquaintance for some time.
Is it possible to detect extraterrestrial civilizations by modern technical means from the Earth and from our earthly spacecraft?
- Since the 1960s, the military services of the leading countries have been tracking alien spaceships flying near the Earth using ground equipment and spy satellites. NASA has also known about aliens for a long time. However, these facts are carefully hidden from the public.
NASA long ago stopped broadcasting live footage from space shuttles and orbital stations online. Why? Because a lot of UFOs - alien ships - immediately hit the lens. And in the real time mode, it is simply impossible to cut, remove or fix something. Then inquisitive people will start asking uncomfortable questions: what is it that flies there so actively?
The conspiracy of silence was and still exists by inertia to this day. But in the coming years, I hope a lot of what was hidden will become public knowledge.
- How do you feel about the "messages to humanity", which, according to some researchers, came from extraterrestrial civilizations? There are many examples here - crop circles, radio signals, messages from KOH.
- Answers from alien civilizations have long come to Earth in different forms. And there are many such messages and answers. Scientists-astronomers do not want or are simply afraid to decipher and make them public. All hope is now on enthusiastic researchers.
I take messages to humanity seriously. Everything is really very serious, no matter how much some forces want to blabber and pervert this problem. The messages came in the form of encrypted drawings on cereal fields, in the form of texts received by the method of automatic writing in the usual telepathic way and then translated into text. The messages are composed by very intelligent creatures who are worried about us, want our further development, warn against pitfalls.
- Do you agree that there is a conspiracy against scientists and enthusiasts who have devoted themselves to the topic of ufology, that they are systematically destroyed all over the world?
- All ufologists, without exception, are experiencing resistance. These are the forces of inhibition, more precisely, the Dark Forces. You shouldn't be afraid of this. The fact is that the Dark Forces are a part of the Absolute (aspect of God) that performs its tasks. By alternating the work of Light and Dark forces, the speed and direction of evolution is regulated. You probably know that death does not exist when talking about the energy of the Mind or the soul. There is braking, sometimes emergency, up to accidents.
But I want to please you after this not very optimistic question. Since in 2017 there was a massive information breakthrough on the subject of ufology, it should be understood that the centuries-old ban has been lifted at all levels. The actions of the ufologists are approved. The doors to space are open, the invitation is made. All further events depend only on the person, on his desire to develop and expand the sphere of his worldview.
