The mystical incident took place in the Perm region. Permyak, who refused to save the company drowning on the Vishera River, drowned himself the day after the emergency.
The first case occurred on Vishera late at night on July 15. A 25-year-old young man named Aleksey was sailing in a boat along Vishera with three friends when the ship suddenly capsized. The passengers began to get out by swimming, Alexei himself soon disappeared from sight. The other three escaped at 4 am.
One of the members of the company, Arthur, during an emergency noticed some vacationers with a boat near the shore. He called them for help, but they did not respond. As it turned out later, they did not believe that it was a cry for help, they thought they were indulging. Then Arthur realized that he would have to get to the coast himself. As if on purpose, there was a heavy fog.
The water is cold there, the current is big, as Arthur said. According to him, he several times fell into a whirlpool, tried to swim away from him. Already began to go to the bottom and choke, but managed to escape.
Arthur's mother says that after everything that happened, he cried. He was offended that people did nothing to help them.
And then it turned out that one of these vacationers, who refused to help the victims, drowned the next day.
