3. In some areas there is a strong feeling as if the surface was removed in one pass of a certain instrument. As you understand, the Incas or their predecessors could not have such things.

It feels like a piece was cut off from the rock with a huge grinder, about 3-5 meters in diameter. For some reason, fans of concrete and casting theory ignore such places, apparently they cannot cope with them.
A few words about logic and common sense. Pay attention to the right side of the photo with the treated rock under the water conduit. Now tell me, if the Indians made themselves a water conduit, then why did they polish a few more meters of rock above it? It doesn't make any sense.
At any time, people did not like to work again, and I think the Incas were no exception. And this quality of processing can be explained by the property of the cutting tool. He not only cut the rock, but also left behind a processed surface.

Well, what can official historians tell us about this?
In their opinion, all this was built by the Incas, but they are not able to explain the methods or technologies for the construction of water pipelines.
You estimate how many resources and tools it would take to create tens of kilometers of such conduits. In my opinion, the Incas only inherited the legacy of an older and more advanced civilization.
This is evidenced by the traces of tools, the quality of processing, the method of creation in the rocks and the strange logic of construction. All these facts indicate a high level of builders, to which the Incas clearly did not reach.
But who cares about explanations if historians still fit all the facts into the theories they need? And if some are completely outside the bounds of permissible, then they simply ignore them, in our time it is fashionable.
